We talked to both a lighting and fireplace associate. They were both very knowledgeable and helped us make our selections. Neither tried to up-sell us or steer us to to higher priced items. Both were very pleasant to talk to.

They have a lot of options and prices are good. We had an issue with the lights that we ordered but Derek was able to resolve it satisfactorily.

Extremely professional! Jim was great to work with on determining our needs and desires, explaining choices and offering solutions. Service team was very friendly and did a fantastic job on installing our bookcases along each side of our fireplace. They even reworked out fireplace mantel to match our bookcases. Highly recommend Light Brite for any of their services they offer.

They were courteous and respectful during our estimate for wood burning stove installation. We ended up purchasing the pipe from them but install ourselves.
