Light in Art brings beauty and comfort to a space with its unique stained glass designs. These designs include custom stained glass lighting, abstract glass art, and stained glass sinks. Light in Art showcases the work of famous international artists that specialize in stained glass, blown glass and brass. Our lighting creations fill space with warmth, intimacy and harmony. Each light design is a handmade masterpiece personally fitted to each client’s needs. Owner and Interior Designer Michelle Krief specializes in ceiling and lighting design. She customizes each product to suit the individual needs of each project with her own personal flair. Terrible customer service. When my expensive fixture came in with glass panels that didn’t correspond at all to the samples I had chosen, they wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee to replace them. I was able to contact the artist directly and his studio graciously sent me replacements, charging me only for the shipping. They, in contrast to this shop in California, care about having satisfied customers. My chandelier is now gorgeous.

I love this company! The fixtures are artful and unique, well built and reasonably priced. It is a pleasure to work with Michelle Krief--she is very responsive and positive. I have used this line in multiple projects and the fixtures are like hanging sculpture--customization of lengths, canopy sizing, glass color, etc allow us to be creative.

I recently bought a beautiful chandelier for my dining room from Light in Art. Michelle, the owner, is very knowledgeable about her products and has been very helpful in assisting me select the best chandelier for my space and provide advice and recommendation. Michelle was very understanding and patient (I changed my mind a few times!) All her pieces are absolutely fabulous. Each is unique and custom made to meet your specific needs and likes. My chandelier looks absolutely stunning and I get compliments every time someone walks in. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. Worth every penny!

Michelle was always willing, responsive and helpful. Despite changes in fixture design and the necessity of delivering fixture power supply long before the chandelier was ready so that my electrician could mount it in the attic before walls were closed, she never made me feel that I was asking a lot. I would happily work with her again.

I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Kreif, the owner of Light in Art. She has a beautiful show room in Los Angeles which displays a wide variety of luminous stained lights by the designer Simon Peleg, back lit wall art by Vitrage as well as other artistic items. We purchased a magnificent light to hang over our dining room table. Michelle and her assistant Julie carefully package each of the fifty six individual stained glass panels and clearly detailed how they should be assembled. Additionally we purchased two skinny people statues and four silver circle wall art pieces. All three items brilliantly accessorize my dining and living rooms.

We fell in love with the beautiful glass chandelier and pendents and knew they would look great and provide the color accents we were looking for. Julie and Michelle were great to deal with and even opened the store at a time they were usually closed so my spouse could see the fixtures before I ordered them. They communicated by phone and email and answered all the technical questions that our electricians had as well.

Michelle at LIGHT IN ART on Beverly Blvd in Beverly Hills . was very helpful in me selecting a light for my remodeled kitchen. We found a light that worked great with the rest of the decor of my house, fit the kitchen space well and was not too big or expensive. There were lost of beautiful light to choose from , Michelle helped me select the one one that worked best for what i was looking for. I think I made a great choice Thanks Scott
