DSCMI Smart Home Control

Michael is a visionary. He took his vision and created a masterpiece. The eye to details, the finishes he used, and care in constructing this project shines in the end result. He is honest, straight forward and gets the job done. Excellent communication with me, the other sub vendors and works as a team with the end result that shows his skill as a top level general contractor.

Mixtures Interior Design

Build Therapy is a terrific company to work with. Michael's commitment to product excellence in building does not go unnoticed. Constantly overseeing his subs, enthusiastic about design and always willing to explore the next design element. His background in technology is very helpful in todays world of Smart Houses, and clients adore him. I do too! A pleasure working with him as Interior Designer on this last project.

We worked with Michael Perry and his Build Therapy on a massive home renovation last year. Michael and his team were knowledgeable, courteous and the job was done quickly! We also want to add that from the start, Michael had a vision for the home which is something hard to find in a contractor. We felt that because of his experience in building as well as design, we were able to achieve the beautiful results we did. Not only were his ideas amazing but he was receptive to ours (both good and bad) and was able to turn our dreams into reality. We highly recommend this company and will definitely hire them again.
