Dan and his team were creative and flexible. They exceeded our expectations during and after the project. Super smooth process and very professional.

BEWARE!!! We bought a house from Dan in 2012. It was a remodel not a new build. Everything seemed great through the sale. Coming out of the sale as we were getting settled the issues began to appear. Long and short is that the quality of work that went into the remodel was SO poor it has cost us tens of thousands of dollars to repair all the corner cutting that went into our home. I feel at this point there are SO many issues (including one today) that I need to share in order to warn others about the quality of work that his teams deliver. All of these issues were not issues that were visible during the inspection etc. Dan told me he approved and supervised ALL work throughout the home so he knew that quality of work that was going in to the home and that corners were being cut. There is not enough space to type all of the issues here but again I would give Lynch Custom Homes a zero star rating if it was an option.

Dan Lynch is one of the best builders in Oakland County. I broker sell lots to and have clients that build homes with all the builders who have the reputation of being "the best" in the community. What sets Dan apart is not only his astounding attention to detail but his character and the absolute ease of working with him. He's a genuinely good guy who honors his word, builds a phenomenal product and isn't in the slightest bit pretentious as many of the luxury home builders are. He has a phenomenal staff who are all very competent and professional. I highly recommend working with him as it's very difficult to find quality reliable builders.

We love our new Lynch Custom Home!! Dan's creativity and eye for design helped us through the building process. Dan and his team communicated with us every step of the way! Our home was built in a timely fashion for a custom home! Dan would meet us at the granite shop or tile shop and give us his guidance!! Dan Lynch and his team were incredible. We met them while our home was framed in and we were able to customize the entire home to perfectly suit our style and to function well for us. We were living in California at the time and Dan and his team were great at communicating and keeping us in the loop during the construction process.
