Maile, Tekulve & Gray is a family owned and operated design / build business established in 1960 in Edgewood, Kentucky. Our reputation for exceptional quality, service, accountability and innovation began 56 years ago with Rich Maile’s Grandfather, Ed Maile. “Grandpa Ed” set the standard for accountability and workmanship that drives Maile, Tekulve & Gray to this day. He would be very proud to see how Rich, Mike and Michael have built upon the foundation he laid and how they continue to lead the industry in all aspects of the trade, illustrated most poignantly by their record of 100% repeat and referral business in the past ten years. Fifty-six years of experience has taught us that a good design / build process is the foundation of all successful projects. Ours is a “team” approach that puts YOU at the center, surrounded by our expert analysis, innovation and expectation management professionals. Great innovation and realistic budget management must walk hand-in-hand through the process, and that’s what our process provides and requires.

Very FULL-SERVICE and professional every step of the way! We’ve completed a number of significant renovations/remodels in our past and current and home and found MT&G to be extremely thorough, creative, imaginative and willing to work within our budget – the advised on areas wise to push the budget and others to conserve. We complete two projects back-to-back with them. Couldn’t be happier and am in love with the final product. They listen – let them do their job and take control and you won’t regret it!

Very trustworthy, reliable and easy to work with. We are very satisfied with the renovations they made to our home. The process from start to finish was very clearly presented. The budget was very transparent. There were no surprises.

We removed an attached garage, then built a 2 floor addition (including a new garage) and remodeled 3 existing rooms including our kitchen. It was quite a large project and 3 years after completion we are still very happy at the quality of work. This company followed through, including coming back to touch up any settling as scheduled a year after completion as part of the original work request.

What a wonderful professional company that worked with us through every detail to make sure our vision came alive! We were treated beyond "just another client" and walked away from our project having made friends. Design process ensured end results would meet expectations, team was always professional, knowledge guided important decisions, top notch quality and they came in under budget. I have worked with Michael Gray on 2 mid-size renovations to my home, and would not consider working with anyone else. He is professional, timely, fully engaged throughout the project, and is always forthright and fair when discussing design plans, costs, etc.

Working with M, T and G was a fantastic experience. The finished product (my entire ground floor - including kitchen, bathroom, dining room, built ins for family room, windows, doors, flooring - you name it!) was top notch, beautiful and functional. Working with Pat Lane specifically was awesome. He never said "no" - in fact his standard communication with me was "we can do that" and "I will take care of it"! Pat is the best! We finished on schedule and it was very low stress - maybe zero stress.

I hired Maile Tekulve Grey to put an addition onto my office.They did the drawings as well. The job started on time and was completed in a timely manner. The project went perfect and came in on budget!

Rich, Michael & Michael made an outdoor living space that has become our primary Hang-out! The project started out as dream and team MT&G made it a reality. When building conflicts arose they presented creative ideas based what we wanted and what was affordable. Our family and friends all enjoy the outdoor living space and many people stop and take pictures! If you want Professional, Trustworthy and Creative.....you want MT&G

Maile, Tekulve, and Gray built my house and also built my dental office. In fact, I am working with them now to remodel/finish my basement. They are fantastic to work with from start to finish. In all 3 projects they started with a blank sheet of paper and listened to what are goals were. Their creativity and attention to detail are very impressive. They delivered what was promised and I could not be more pleased with the quality of work. Maile, Tekulve, and Gray will always be a part of my construction team!
