Precision Plumbing and Heating sent Dan Hogan to my home for service today. Dan was so helpful and did a great job! I will definitely use Precision for any repairs in the future.

Brandon Wilcox came yesterday to fix a leak in the master bathroom. He discovered that there were many other water problems. He came back today and fixed everything, plus he installed a new water heater. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have him in my home working away.

We have used Precision a number of times because they are a local business and come highly recommended. Two different houses we needed water heaters. Precision replaced, brought plumbing up to code. Recently we also had them in to fix a leaking pipe. In all four instances, Precision employees were polite on the phone, prompt, polite and respectful in person. An estimate was provided before work began, time frame and budget were followed. Although they may be more expensive than some other options, we have no complaints. High quality work and customer service.

Professional, courteous, fast and competitive rates. We are retired now, but ran a service business for forty years. I hope the impression we made on our customers was as good as Precision. We have had several occasions over the past ten years. They have always been prompt and professional. Most recent was December 2013.
