We hired Marmo Contracting to renovate our basement to provide 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, workout room, storage room, laundry room. They also re-did our main floor bathroom and removed a non-load bearing wall. We were very happy with Adam and his team's work. They did great quality work and were a pleasure to deal with.

Our project was small but complicated. An existing room, within our 155 year old home was to be converted into living space. It was essentially a self supporting room inside an existing structure. Adam and the Marmo team did wonderful work, with competence and flexibility that was required to make this project a success. It was not easy, with many technical challenges - all met with a fun demeanour and positive attitude. Marmo Contracting did excellent work and I would whole heartedly recommend Marmo Contracting without reservation.

We worked with Adam to renovate our entire main floor. Job was over $100K. We are extremely happy with the work that Adam and his crew did. A few things stuck out for us. 1) Adam was available to us every morning. The constant communication kept us very comfortable. 2) He completed the project, on time, and on budget. 3) His crew cleaned up every day. 4) Jason @ The Woodworking Shop was very throrough with the kitchen and bathroom vanity. His attention to detail showed us the pride he took in his work. We'd confidently recommend Adam and his team.

Through word of mouth I heard of Adam Marmo and his company - Marmo Contracting. It couldn't have worked out better. Adam and his team worked full speed ahead and kept things moving all the way through the process. He answered and alleviated any concerns I had and went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied, each step of the way. He not only completed the work that was agreed to, he went out of his way to do extras that came up as the project progressed. Yes I changed my mind on a couple of things as I saw it unfold, but Adam didn't bat an eye and helped me create the oasis that I envisioned on my budget. Adam and his team did a wonderful job, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone in the market for a contractor. I appreciated that they took great care in protecting the job site prior to starting their work, and they cleaned up well afterwards. They were timely, professional and trustworthy. The quality of construction and care taken in finishing was excellent.

Adam and his team @Marmoontracting helped us transform our back yard into a beautiful oasis by building a large deck (14'x32') complete with modern glass railing and 2 completely separate areas divided by different patterns. Adam and his staff were professional. Courteous. Clean . Cordial Reliable and timely. The attention to detail impeccable. An all around wonderful experience! The deck was completed within the allotted time frame and within budget . We would highly recommend and we plan to use Marmo Contracting for any and all of our future renovations projects.

Excellent professional and timely approach to a complete remodel of a very worn bathroom. Able to accommodate style and attention to detail with amazing trim work while ensuring that the bathroom is safe and functional for my aging parents. Would recommend to all friends and family. Our house which was built in 1880 had a number of different structural issues. Adam was able to determine the problems and the best way to address this. The work was completed on schedule and Adam even came back after the work was completed to go over everything he had done with my husband. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again or to recommend him. We have recently used Marmo Contracting for a commercial project. We moved to a 40 000 sqft facility which required a lot of renovation; demo,flooring,drop ceiling tiles etc . Our timeline to complete our reno was 3 weeks and it was very important for our company to select a proper,professional and efficient contractor that can deliver everything within our timelines and expectations. I had reviewed and met with a few other contractors in order to decide on the best contractor. Adam the owner of Marmo has impressed me from our first initial meeting, his professionalism and vision was exactly what we were looking for. What we really appreciate about working with this company is the fact that there were no hiccups, change of cost,delays or stress.. Adam followed up with me constantly and worked around the clock to get things done to perfection. I highly recommend this business and i have been spreading the word about them to as many people as i can think of. He is definitely my lifetime designated contractor for any future needs.

I hired Marmo Contracting to complete a basement renovation which included tiling a shower stall and floors. The tiling job was so good, I then hired them to tile my kitchen floor and hallway. The guys were very personable and were very concerned with doing a great job and had pride of workmanship. They were working in an older home and had some occasional difficulties to deal with, but always found great solutions and talked with me if they were having to look at a potential change. I always knew where I stood with Marmo both with the work project and on the financial side. They also completed a front deck. I would highly recommend this company.

Adam and his crew did an excellent job on our bathroom renovation. It was our first renovation and they were very patient in helping us every step of the way through the process. The quality of work is excellent and everyone has been so impressed with our new bathroom. Adam was also extremely responsive and would always just be a phone call away if we needed anything. After some online research of local contractors in my area I contacted Marmo and spoke with Adam (owner). Scope of the job was the construction of a backyard cabana/shed. I reviewed a few contractors and after review I decided to go with Marmo. I provided Adam a very basic sketch along with our vision. Speaking with some other companies it was hard for them to understand a modern shed concept and with Adam being very easy to talk with, made my wife and I comfortable and his references check out. Glad we went with this company, the shed turned out better than we anticipated. Quality work from Adam and crew as well as cleanup each day was completed. Highly recommended Marmo!
