We decided to purchase Milgard products from Martel Windows and Doors because we were so impressed with them from the very beginning. From our first visit to their showroom you could tell everyone there was knowledgeable and cared about the work they did and the company they worked for. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a friendly face at the first desk. The owner Sean was there to answer any questions we had. Once we placed our order they kept in constant contact with us keeping us up to date on the progress of the order and when we could expect our windows to come in. The installation team was on time and always kept a clean work area. When they left the windows looked great. The after the sale support from Martel has exceeded our expectations.

After obtaining various quotes for our project, we ultimately selected Martel because they invested the most effort in helping us explore options and select a product that fit our requirements and budget. Christie Chisena was a pleasure to work with and took time to fully-explain the process upfront. We replaced nearly every window in our home with the Milgard Styleline product. It was very helpful to actually see these windows in their Austin showroom before making the commitment. Installation was performed by Joel Knight and his crew. They took care to cover our floors, electronics, and furniture in the areas where they were working and removed all debris after completion. Once installed, the finish out was completed exactly as we had agreed pre-install. These windows replaced our 15-year old aluminum units. The differences both visually and in energy efficiency are amazing. Thank you guys!
