We are Doulgas Lake Custom Homes, a high end home builder here in the Okanagan. Our company uses Bath By Design for all our homes and has done so for many years. Our clients are excited about BBD's vast selection of products and always find the style they are looking for. Amazing layout of options! Friendly staff were knowledgeable and professional. Advised me of a product better suited for my needs even though they didn't hold that item and directed me to a reputable company that could assist me. That spoke volumes to me of their integrity.

Over the last year my wife and I have renovated all three bathrooms in our home. We met Mary Anne Gill, the owner of Bath by Design, who helped us choose the components for all three rooms. She's brilliant, outgoing and gregarious. We chose toilets, bathtub, all tap hardware and a white dual kitchen sink from Mary Ann. Jade Cuddihy then looked after all the logistics over the year and was on hand for any questions we had during the installation, excellent support! We ordered the glass for the two showers from Bath by Design and the installation team were great. On the second shower glass Delin and Karla were unpacking the door when they found that it had been chipped during shipping. They identified the damage to me immediately and the door was installed until the replacement arrived at no additional cost. Karla and Delin are a lovely team, very informative and taking great pride along with obviously loving the end product of their installation. I highly recommend Bath by Design for the outstanding quality of their product line along with the superb service and support that they provide!

My husband and I decided to totally renovate our bathroom ourselves. We had done smaller renovations around the house but nothing as daunting is this. Ron at Baths by Design proved to be very patient with us. After many visits and a barrage of questions Ron never rolled his eyes at us or lost his patience. Without his help (and others at the store) our design, build and installation of this bathroom would not have turned out so well. We are very pleased.
