Om oss

OMG consists of three primary divisions: Investment, General Contracting and Maintenance. We were first founded in 2014 as an investment group, but quickly added our contracting division due to the demand for a contractor who could provide high end, efficient remodeling work. Our general contracting division has developed significantly over the years and we are proud to offer full-service remodeling for projects of all magnitudes. We are able to tackle everything from kitchen and bath remodels all the way up to full custom home design and builds. Our customers are diverse and with a team of experienced professionals we are proud to say we can complete most, if not all, aspects of home building in the most time and cost efficient manner that meets each of our clients individual needs. OMG also has third division to offer ongoing maintenance to support our customers. We have in-house, certified trades professionals to provide all HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and paint services as part of your project. The allows for seamless and timely project completion and full control to ensure an excellent finished product.

I loved working with OMG, the kitchen turned out beautiful- meeting our expectations. The thing I enjoyed most when working with OMG, was the constant communication between the design and construction team(s). They followed the schedule that they proposed, something we were very pleased with. We will definitely be using them again!

I worked with OMG on a couple projects. They were always very professional and easy to deal with. Specifically, they completed an exterior renovation for my company around October of 2017. I used their designer, who picked a great color scheme for the property. We didn't give them a huge budget. I received a ton of complements on the exterior of that property. On Oct. 25th 2018 I won a "Beautification Award" for that property from a local organization. I can recommend them with confidence. (I have provided before and after photos.)

With four remodels done I am continuously more amazed and impressed by the progress made by Mo and his team. The interior design concept to execution and bringing the house to sale I recommend OMG highly. Thanks for the help and great work.

OMG, LLC is an excellent general contractor. The owner, Mohsin, was highly professional, guaranteed OMG's work, and was very quick to address any concerns and changes that I had. I would recommend OMG's contracting services to anyone that wants competent and professional service.

Mohsin Masud and Overseas Management Group are a breath of fresh air in contracting in greater Cincinnati. Great, fresh, contemporary design from Kinran Masud, Superior quality contracting work from Mohsin. Excellent accountability and communication throughout. The company knows how to design and follow project through to completion, on time and in budget.

I really enjoy working with OMG. As a property manager who oversees construction projects large and small on nearly 300 properties, it is a relief to work with competent professionals. OMG warrants their work, and are able to trouble shoot a project so that we limit surprises - this is a huge advantage in my business, even more so to the average consumer. More than being competent and trustworthy, it's just a pleasure to work with OMG's GC.
