Our company was formed from the need in our clients to find a complete group of specialists gathered in a single organization that could provide all the design and construction services required to complete a project, the result of having done it in the conventional manner by contracting separately each specialist was the loss of time and money with a poor quality of construction plus the conflict with builders and regulatory agencies, for this reason, we assembled a group of qualified engineers and contractors to build any type of project. Each and every one of the projects commissioned by our clients are reviewed and supervised with dedication by the architect Miguel Alvarado, who has a little more than 20 years of national and international experience designing and building small and medium scale projects. In his professional career, he has designed an extensive amount of hillside residences, historical, subject to review of official commissions, multifamily buildings, restaurants, professional offices, refrigerated warehouses, food processing plants, commercial retaining walls, additions and remodeling of supermarkets and many more in the best and most exclusive residential, commercial, and county neighborhoods of Los Angeles.
