AVOID THEM AT ALL COST !!!!! They deserve negative stars. They are very sweet and nice in the beginning till they receive the deposit payment from you. But the reality starts right after. On the day of installation, the installers who were sub contracted, walked in with incomplete products that were provided to them. They were also angry since they were asked to install without all products being in place. The poor installer had to rush out to buy some basic installation equipments for curtain rods since those were not ordered correctly and were missing pieces. When they went in to the bedroom to install they found that the ordered product was wrong and did not fit. These ladies made everyone wait for hours and then came in to say that “oops we got the measurements wrong”. It would be hard to tell who was more infuriated …me or the installers. It was sheer inconvenience and waste of a great deal of time A few days later one of the installs came off. They would say they are arranging but they or installer NEVER showed up. It’s been over months now and no one came in to fix it. I had to pay out of pocket and hire an installer to fix it. To top it all, they promised warranty on all products. When I called the manufacturers to activate they said that they would need the original invoice to register and activate warranty. These ladies plainly refused to share original manufacturer bought receipts. I asked them to activate/register for me if they are not going to share receipts but they denied that as well. In fact they shamelessly charged me in full that they absolutely do NOT deserve. . So here I am left with incomplete installs with ZERO warranty from them. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND them and will NOT be using them ever.
