I have used Bavarian Window works several times to upgrade my windows and doors. I am always pleased with the products. The pros that came into my home to do the work are great! They also clean up after themselves. If there is a glitch or I am having a problem with a window then I have called up Bavarian and set up an appointment for a pro to come out to my home and assess the issue. They always make it right! The windows and doors always come with a great warranty! It is so worth it!!

Justin just wanted to say how pleased we are with our new windows & door. Jay,Scott & Shane did a wonderful job installing. Then stayed extra late and fixed our basement windows and Scott worked through teeming down rain to complete our single outside door trim. Everything looks wonderful. Thanks Cathy & Jim

We have placed 2 orders with Bavarian Windows within 2 years, first order didn’t go smoothly, the size of the ordered front window was incorrect and we had to wait 4 months to get a correct window installed, the top for the arch window was defected and had to be reinstalled later by the second team of installers, When we were placing the order we told the salesperson that we would like to reuse our California shutters on the new windows, but after installation we could only reuse shutters on some windows due to the position of the handle on the new windows. The first team of installers left nails sticking out of the frames, all walls around windows were scratched to the point that I had to repaint the wall, blade knife cuts everywhere, the we’re using our garage to cut wood and did not clean after themselves, leaving sawdust and coffee cups everywhere, trims around some windows we left unsealed with gaps between the wall and the trim. We were very dissatisfied and we contacted Morgan, the owner of Bavarian windows and he did everything possible to fix all the issues. Last week we have received second order, patio door and 8 windows. The installers were absolutely amazing, Shane, Scott and Jay are super organized, professional, smart, making decisions on the spot, they we’re going extra mile for us. Shane has offered to fix some issues from the previous team and did it professionally. They have swiped, vacuumed and left my home and a driveway spotless, no need to repair and repaint the walls. Thank you Jay, Shane and Scott! P.S One on the windows ( the biggest window for the living room has a cracked glass, but it will be replaced in 3 - 4 weeks) Good luck with your project and make sure to ask for Team Jay.

We are very happy with our experience with Bavarian Windows. We live in a log house and had a very large window that had to be replaced, but was in an area where the logs were rotting. This presented some unique challenges. We were assured from the beginning that their installers were quite capable of this and they sure didn’t disappoint us. It looks great. As a professional log home and timber frame builder, I have hired Bavarian Window Works on several occasions. When it came time to replacing the windows and doors in my own home, I did not even think of hiring anyone else. The sales staff and installation crew are top notch and very professional. The day I happened to pop in and he wasn't there one of the owners caught me and answered all my questions. From Barry in sales and service, to the back shop guys to the admin staff I have to say the Bavarian Team will make you comfortable with your decision to buy your products and services from them. Our basement replacement windows were perfectly installed and a thorough clean up was done. The new entry door and sidelight were also installed neat and cleanly and even modified beautifully to fit our unusual opening. Another excellent job! Bavarian have now installed new windows throughout our house and have installed a new front door. They are always very helpful, reliable and professional from planning through to finishing touches, with a very high quality product that looks really good.

Rep came out and really helped sort our choices out and save some $. Windows took awhile to get made due to Ontario/Ford backlog. Installers were done in 90" - a basement slider and a bathroom window in old 1875 house. They made it all work.
