Mine was a relatively small project - to convert and make use of spaces in kitchen and utility room left by previous house owners who removed appliances. Adam was great - he researched the exact colour and materials from the original five year old kitchen to match the units. He and the team did a great job and were very professional and friendly. I was made to feel that no project was too small for them to take trouble over. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to do business with all members of the team. Any issues were dealt with promptly and responded to in person. The kitchen installers were skillful, efficient, clean and tidy. They were all also polite and friendly and I was very happy to have them in my home.

Culina and London Refurbishment Services designed and installed out new kitchen. Love the finished look and they were great to work with as they regularly popped in to check progress. All the guys were friendly and professional and left everything tidy at the end of each day. We’ve had a couple of things to follow up on over the last month or so and as a local business they are easy to contact and often arrive at the house within 10 mins of a call to sort it out. Just had our kitchen redone by Culina. From first contact with Ryan in the showroom we were impressed. John and Ryan then visited our home to chat through options. They made me feel like they would do the job they'd want done if it was their house. They didn't leave me to all the hard work, saying "yeah, we can do that" like some other companies, but they contributed constructive ideas and suggestions. Communication was excellent throughout and the fitting team were polite and efficient. John was on site frequently to ensure everything went well. They're not the cheapest company, but not the most expensive quote we got either. Extremely detailed quote meant there were no nasty surprises on price. The person who decorated did an excellent job. As a bit of a perfectionist myself, I couldn't fault it. The only issues came with the fitting of the worksurface by third party contractors. The fitters scratched some of our units, but John was all over of them to secure decent compensation for the damage. We had many visits to the showroom until we finally settled on the colour scheme, flooring, etc, but Ryan was very patient. Just call before visiting as the showroom isn't always open if they're out on a site visit.

Our interior design company collaborated with Culina on a recent refurbishment project in South West London, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Excellent service from Ryan and John. Ryan is really friendly and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much bother from the moment I walked into the Morden showroom, right through the design process, delivery and installation. Ryan helped with a whole range of designs, tweaked to my satisfaction, and eventually settled on a fabulous Hacker kitchen. I was able to leave perfectly useable oven and dishwasher but Ryan recommended affordable but really high quality microwave and washing machine. Everything was expertly installed with incredible workmanship by John and team and the final finish is fantastic. Really pleased with the new kitchen which has transformed the house. Highly recommend.

John and Ryan took on a total refurbishment and installation of a new kitchen at our property in Merton Park. A great deal of the work was undertaken while we were away on holiday. The quality of work, attention to detail and communication have been excellent throughout and we found them and all their workforce to be extremely helpful, professional and with very high standards. We're delighted with our new kitchen. It is everything we hoped it would be and more. Ryan gave us constructive advice about colour and finish and was more than happy to take our ideas for a possible layout and make them work on a practical level. He was actively involved with the fitting of the kitchen and made sure it was finished to the highest possible standard. Compared to another kitchen company I had visited, Culina stood out. They were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and very friendly. I immediately felt I could trust them. The project seemed quite daunting at first, but Ryan helped me throughout. I didn’t want a typical kitchen extension with the island in the middle, I was so pleased with the peninsula style kitchen they designed for me, it stood out for design and quality and had a look that was unique to me. I was also impressed by the style of cabinets they offered, and the high standard of units available. I have a fabulous kitchen and utility room to be proud of.

We're super pleased with our stylish and very practical kitchen designed with Culina. We found their approach friendly, professional and can do from start to finish. Having lived in the house for a long time - difficult to reimagine use of the space. We found Ryan incredibly helpful in that regard - lots of good ideas, very prepared to take time thinking through different options. Lots of benefits in Culina being a local company, v easy to drop by and pick up samples, have a quick chat on any issues etc- would highly recommend

We are really happy with the kitchen Culina designed for us. Ryan was brilliant. He had lots of great ideas during the design stage and gave great advice on the available options for cupboard types and appliances. He was also always available to discuss questions we had. Culina worked really well with the fitter as well which meant that process went smoothly and they were incredibly quick and helpful at dealing with any small snagging issues that arose after fitting. Excellent service all round.

Culina did a great job for us. From the planning where no detail was too small for Ryan to rework the design pictures right through to fitting where Martin was meticulous. Culina were excellent from start to finish. They advised on the project, were happy to take on our changes (halfway through!) and delivered a beautiful kitchen. Ryan was a great point man for all our various design needs and John and his crew were punctual, polite and above all, totally professional. While they aren't cheap (no decent kitchen is cheap!), they are exceptional value for money and I would recommend them to anyone.

Culina provided an excellent service: improving on a rough design we already had, offering lots of customisation and options, and recommending what was worth spending extra on and where we could make savings. Above all, we appreciated the site visits to check the builders had left sufficient space and to resolve a few snagging problems, ensuring we really got our dream kitchen.

We went to Culina for a kitchen and utility room project. Penny was great at walking us through the options - good ranges from quality brands - and very happy with the results. We were stopped in the middle due to Covid and Penny was very helpful in helping us restart efficiently as soon as we could.

My husband is very particular about things and asks lots of questions and Penny was so patient and always found the best solution. Great local business with knowledgeable, professional staff in Ryan and Penny who helped us design and then install our new kitchen and utility room. Always available and really want to deliver a great service. John the owner also a very nice guy who lives locally and has loads of experiences and ideas. Overall a great team who are really driven to be the best at what they do. They worked seamlessly alongside our building contractors who were building our extension and refurbishing our downstairs. Very clear and user friendly design process and pricing. It was so convenient that they were just around the corner and we could pop in to discuss questions we had and borrow samples before we decided what to do. We are so happy with the kitchen and and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We just wish they did bathrooms as well!

We had a great experience with the whole team at Culina during our kitchen extension project. John and his team organised the installation efficiently, so the project was completed on time even though the timescale was quite tight. It was also within the budget, apart from discovering a problem with the existing floor which could not have been foreseen but was likewise dealt with calmly and efficiently. Penny is honestly the most helpful, precise, motivated person I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble! We are doing a whole house renovation and the kitchen was the priority, but therefore the main worry. We were luckily given Penny’s name from our builder and are so grateful, as finally we saw a kitchen we liked as soon as we walked into her showroom (at an affordable price with great trade discounts on appliances). Not only that but Penny could not do enough to help, sourcing a granite slab for our island, fitting the hot water tap and even noticed a missing wall in our design meant we could have a little extra cleaning cupboard - every little bit of attention to detail. No hard sell or pressure and genuinely lovely to be around while you make your mind up. She’s only one who has made it exciting!!! Also terrifically organised and always contacting you to check in. Highly recommend to everyone and we are delighted with our kitchen thanks to Penny! We have also recommended to friends and family.

We used Culina to source and supply kitchen units and white goods for a major kitchen extension and renovation project at out house. They were recommended to us by the build company we used. Culina (and in particular Penny) were just fantastic. My wife and I visited their showroom, discussed what we were doing and our rough thoughts on what we wanted. Penny took us through ranges and options and was able to help us narrow our selection down to a specific range quite quickly. She then discussed some of the specific options and decisions we would need to make. After we left, she was able to draw up a 3D representation of the kitchen and show off the potential design and some options from various angles. This was hugely helpful and we were very quickly able to refine the selections iteratively over email. Once we had the design and options we liked, Penny produced a quote for us and was then able to source and deliver all of the items to our site on schedule, liaising with the manufacturer, builder and fitter to ensure everything was perfect. Looking back at the whole experience, I can't recommend Culina enough. There is a lot of complexity in getting a kitchen ordered and fitted. Culina helped us navigate this seamlessly and their knowledge and expertise both in the ranges they supply and also the process of fitting a kitchen helped ensure a smooth project for us.

The advice and service I have received from Culina has been outstanding. I visited their shop to choose a kitchen and was influenced by their helpful displays. I absolutely love the kitchen style I chose so was pleased to have the opportunity of viewing different kitchens in situ in their showroom. I also was given helpful advice re: appliances and am extremely happy with the quality of the Neff appliances I have. Any minor issues I had after the kitchen installation were dealt with swiftly and professionally. I feel I really benefited from using a local firm and highly recommend them. To this end I have already decided to use Culina to furniture my utility room next year.

Very pleased lovely friendly company workmen very good left everything clean and tidy no mishaps or problems. Work completed when stated.

We were really unsure of exactly what it is was that we wanted, however Culina were able to guide us through the many decisions and produced a design that suits us very well. We won't being doing this again any time soon, so it was really important to get it right.
