As a boutique building designer, we specialise in taking the stress out the 'red tape' permit requirements and add the fun in the design 'creativity' phase for our clients. We help our clients to achieve their goals, whilst keeping it real. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we have a reputation for delivering positive design solutions in all design styles. Our past projects are varied from residential, multi-residential, commercial and retail.

I engaged Nagy Design to document a simple verandah and ended up with a beautifully designed, unique architectural space that is now my favourite room in the house while still within the original budget! Zol's design flair, grounded honest advice and overall professionalism made the whole process easy, fun and creative. I would happily recommend Nagy Design to anyone.

Zol has been instrumental with the design and construction of our contemporary family home. His attention to detail and dedication in working with us to achieve a perfect product exceeded our expectations. We particularly enjoyed liaising with Zol and experimenting with his ideas during the initial brief right up to the completion stage. He has an abundance of ideas that are practical and provide full functionality. We wouldn’t hesitate to engage Zol and his team for any construction project we pursue again in the future.

Zol is very knowledgable and helpful, everytime I have called him. He doesn't just tell me things I want to hear. Tells it like it is. His honesty and attention to detail is refreshing. His designs are all very innovative and take detailed consideration of the sites that they were on. Very important. This is what I wanted for my project. Am impressed with his versatility and projects done thus far. Highly recommended.
