Nick helped us design our home based on the look and style we had in mind. He understood what we wanted and tailored the design to suit our family’s needs. He stuck to the brief and offered his opinion and thoughts throughout the process, which was very helpful. He was always professional and prompt. We were extremely happy with the end result which was exactly how we envisioned our new home to look. We would highly recommend Nick from Niche Home Designs to anyone looking to renovate or build.

I have been fortunate to use the team at Niche on 2 separate projects. The first being a renovation and extension to an existing terrace in Mascot and a complete new build in South Coogee. The terrace was a small block but with the design and initiative the team was able to maximise the develop a fantastic home for my family. In relation to South Coogee this was a complete knock down and rebuild and overall cannot be happier with what was designed. With niche its the whole process and assistance with design>DA>CC Delivery and constant consultation.

Building a new home can be a daunting task and a very stressful time. Upon meeting with Nick from Niche Home Designs we knew that the process will be a much easier one. Nick listened to our needs throughout the whole design process and gave us his very experienced advice. The outcome being a home design that we are proud of and love.
