Natalie Thiele Home Staging

Natalie Thiele staged a duplex in the Land Park area during August-September 2020. Within 5 days of listing, I had multiple offers and ended up selling well above list. She provided very nice furniture and decor that presented the empty unit well. I believe her staging made a difference. The price was very reasonable. I would consider using her again.

I highly recommend Natalie for home staging. She does an excellent job transforming a space and accenting it with beautiful color. I was skeptical of staging my home for sale and the extra expense. After seeing what Natalie did with my home I do truly believe it help sell the home quicker and for a higher price. We had multiple offers over asking 3 days after we listed the home and the house closed 2 weeks after we put it on the market.

We were very pleased with the staging Natalie did for our house. To prepare for sale, we painted all the walls and trim white. Natalie's perfect color choices created a warm, cheery environment in what might have been a bit sterile. Her furniture choices were spot on to highlight the living spaces, and what really was special were all the little homey touches that made it seem like a really, really well kept home. Staging by Natalie is highly recommended!
