For years, my passion was making jewelry until one day a client came to me with an earring I had designed and said "turn this into a chandelier". I was inspired to explore lighting design and have honed my craft of creating one of a kind chandeliers, wall sconces and table lamps ever since. I think of my work as 21st century antiques, the perfect pieces of "jewelry" to add the finishing touch to any room. Having grown up around art my whole life, I have always had an appreciation for the process of creating a tangible expression of ones thoughts. My work is influenced by the city of New Orleans. The patina of age and gentle decay has found its way into the finish of my work. Like the city, sophisticated, fun and always a little off center.
