Had used Pinnell's Carper One to replace the flooring in my home, vinyl and carpet in November 2021. Had a minor floor issue with one of the vinal planks this past summer 2023. Pinnell's came to my home reviewed the issue and decided to replace the entire living room floor. Two of their workers showed up after the vinyl came in stock. Mike and Sean. We discussed what was to be done. I was informed it would be approximately a 3 day project. I was totally impressed with Mike's knowledge, quality workmanship and attention to detail. Mike is an asset to Pinnell's. Sean while in a learning curve will be an outstanding employee as well. Totally satisfied with Pinnell's and would recommend their product and service. Thank you.

They replaced the flooring in my kitchen and bathroom. They were fast, efficient, installer did a beautiful job. Helpful in picking out just the right flooring. Friendly, considerate. They have also installed window coverings throughout my home, making sure I was satisfied with the types and colors. Even replaced a pair of shades at no cost when after installed I didn't like the color.
