PORCELANOSA Group

This review is for Porcelanosa, Paramus, NJ. I purchased wall, floor tiles and a full shower with a Krion shower tray from Porcelanosa in Paramus, together with the recommended adhesives etc for the install. We were told that Krion was a wonder material, extremely tough and hardwearing, among other, more cosmetic values. Our contractor installed everything according to the manufacturer's instructions and once he had finished we were delighted with the outcome. Our bathroom is less than 4 years old and the shower tray just cracked for no reason while my husband (who weighs 150lbs!) was enjoying his morning shower. We are devastated at the knowledge that the tray cannot be removed without having to replace the wall and floor tiles - the cost is going to be significant. Not to mention the upheaval. Given that this is such a high end material, and Porcelanosa pride themselves on standing by their products, I called them in the hope that, although the warranty has expired, they would recognize that the tray cracked due to a fault in what could only be the Krion material itself. (Krion is a Porcelanosa product.) After all, they emphasize how strong this product is during the sales process and on their website. They did not. They did not take any responsibility at all, informing me that the tray is not repairable, in spite of their website claim: "it is hard-wearing, highly resistant and easy to repair". They did offer to sell me another tray at a discounted price. When I told them I was hoping for more accountability, the salesperson told me he would get his manager to call me. I'm still waiting for that call... So, I find myself in a situation where I have paid $30,000 (including install) for a beautiful new Porcelanosa bathroom, wondering how on earth, 4 years later, I am going to be able to afford to replace it all. I am so very disappointed with Porcelanosa. I have recommended them to many of my Staging and Design clients, friends and family. I shall not do so in the future.”

After buying our new home, we visited many ceramic stores without finding the help we needed to choose the tiles we had in mind for each space. When we thought it was impossible, we came to Porcelanosa, located in the Miami Design District. Gabriela and Araceli immediately made us feel that we were finally in the right place. With all her patience and extensive knowledge of the high-quality product they offer, Araceli gave us the best advice. She suggested combinations as warm and elegant as we wanted. In addition, she allowed us to take all the time we needed to consider our options and that they were to our total satisfaction. For that, we toured the showroom spaces together. Araceli displayed some decorative samples on a table to visually recreate what until now was only in our imagination. Therefore we could make OUR IDEAL HOME come true. Additionally, the shipping service was excellent, especially considering the delays due to the pandemic. Thanks again to both of you. This review is for San Jose, California, USA warehouse. Most horrible business practices, we ordered our family room, kitchen, bathroom and foyer flooring tiles (approx $10K cost) from them via our GC, who said that they have quality product, but we did not get the tiles for 3months, they blamed the supply chain issues but they did nothing to provide communication, the store manager just said that "you can cancel your order"!!! Horrible customer service response to someone who has already designed their whole remodel with their product in mind. Now we need a few more and they want us to pay the same amount in shipping as the initial large order and not willing to provide any accommodations. Take your business else where, cause even if they have good quality, their horrible service and ethics kills that strength. This will now move our project completion from 2months to TBD.

My kitchen project done with Lorena Cuadros, virtually during the height of the pandemic, was beyond a wonderful experience! Lorena was incredibly patient with me at all times and came through for me with every crazy request I made! My kitchen is stunning and I could not be happier with Porcelanosa’s workmanship and service! Perfection!

We Give them a call About a week and a half ago and gave all info for a specific tile , The female representative said that a sales rep will call back . No one called back we even submitted a request through their website with no response! Unfortunately the specific material that we are looking Is available only there unless I would be able to find some other places. Customer Service is very poor! We are not happy at all

Absolutely the single worst customer experience I have ever encountered. A defective sink was delivered with no hole for faucet and that was the good part! No one answers their phones for days. They suddenly changed a delivery date by a full month on shower doors completely stopping a contracted project and refused to refund the money. Several parts in the order were back ordered that were conveyed to be in stock and heres the best part... in a common apartment complex they tried to leave giant pallets with products in a driveway blocking cars of other tenets and just drive away instead of putting the boxes in the empty open closet in the car port! This place is a disgrace and should be out out of business. I had to revert to disputing the charge on my credit card.

Hello, I have bought Porcelanosa products for the refurbishment of two bathrooms (tiles for one bathroom and bathtub and shower tray and enclosure for another) and I find their quality and modern design excellent. However, the customer service, at least in the Orange County showroom, is less than impressive. For example, I have not been able to receive any indications on which are the best products to clean both the Krion material with which the shower tray and bath tub are made, and the specially treated glass of the shower enclosure (it’s supposed to repel water stains). For the Krion, there are apparently specific products made by Porcelanosa, but so far as I have been able to understand, they cannot be found in the US (not even online!). For the glass, I would like to know if I can just use regular winded to clean it, because I am not sure if this special treatment done at the factory is something that is on the surface (and thus can be taken away if cleaned with the wrong product) or sort of “ baked in”. I would be grateful for any feedback. Keep up with the great design, but also pay attention to the customer!
