Precision Granite

I’ve been happy with Precision all along except for one thing . There was a big delay in getting the countertops done, but this was supposedly due to a shutdown at Thanksgiving due to Covid. I talked to them, my builder talked to them and applied gentle pressure. They came through a day earlier than scheduled. But the quality and beauty of the work is exquisite! The installation was incredibly well thought out by cutting and running the horizontal surface up the backsplash to simulate a continuous slab from horizontal to vertical. The thoughtful and beautiful job of splitting the slab in half like a mirror on both sides of the kitchen sink is just awesome. I’ve never seen anything so exquisite. A very artistic, amazing job. You can’t rush art. I’d actually rate them a 5 except for the delay, so I’ll give them a 4.9. It truly is an awesome job!!!

Very easy to work with. The installation crew was very professional and easy to work with. Countertops look amazing. All around professional job.

The office staff was very professional. The installers were amazing to watch them place one sheet of granite 3ft x7ft on top of another to run up the wall for the fireplace and place the floor piece that had multiple cut outs and angles. I have referred them to all of my customers and I have heard what a wonderful job they have done for all of them.

I started my kitchen renovation in December with ordering cabinets, hardware and quartz countertops from Precision Granite. Denise, Doug and Kelly were experts in helping me with every decision. We waited for the cabinets for 8 weeks, then my contractor, Brian, got started in March. The transformation to my home and the enjoyment of just being in my new kitchen is life changing! You were very gracious when it turned out the install date was only tentative but i thought it was firm. Product looks great and the whole process was congenial - thanks!

Everything was done very professionally - from picking out the granite to measuring to installation. When they arrived to install, my carpenter had not made sure the cabinet surface was completely flat. The installers even took the time to flatten/level everything and the counters went in without a hitch and look great. The only problem (and really, it's only a "Pagosa Time" problem) was that these folks do such nice work that they are booked out WAY in advance. I highly recommend them, but make sure you get that order in early!!

Love these guys. We built a new home in southern Colorado and had all the counter tops done by Precision Granite. They were all so patient to get every detail right. Shout out to Diane, Doug, and owner, Andy. You rock!

We purchased new granite countertops and kitchen and den cabinets for our log cabin. We built it ourselves thirty years ago as a family project and are very attached to it. We were so pleased with the way that Precision Granite worked with us to find exactly the right fit for this unique space. They were patient, courteous, and professional. They were completely honest about what we could expect as far as the delivery and installation timeline. Their installers were highly skilled and professional and took extra time to make sure the fit and finish was perfect. Given the fact that this is a log cabin and not perfectly square and true, the task was considerable. We highly recommend Precision Granite and already have done so on a number of occasions.

Right from the beginning of the project ( which lasted over 7 months) both Denise and Doug were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were also patient and accommodating with my many changes.They also made many trips out to my house(way out of town) just to make sure everything was measured and done absolutely correctly. Great team to work with. They know the business. High quality products at a very fair price. They listened to what we were looking for and gave suggestions on how to go about things. They did all the field measurements. Came out to review the jobsite before and after walls were up. Their design drawings were right on and produced very fast. Delivered on time and no damages. I would go with them again if I ever needed cabinets or counter tops.
