Premiere Homes by Lee Everett is the marketing name for Lee Everett Construction LLC, a company founded by Lee Everett in 1997. In Lee’s career, which spans 18 years in the construction field, he has built over 200 homes in South Mississippi and been involved in practically every facet of construction. New Homes from $175,000 to $950,000. Whole Home Renovations $75,000 to $650,000. Historical Renovations $25,000 to $900,000. Kitchens; $5000 to $75,000, Room Additions $15,000 to $275,000. Bathroom Remodels $5,000-$100,000. These are estimates based on experience and your actual costs may vary depending on the scope of your project. In 2005, Lee joined forces with Gary Fordham and David Thompson to found AAA Homes of MS LLC. Lee’s responsibility in the partnership was overseeing the purchase of contract labor and materials and supervision of the construction of the houses. In 2012, Lee decided to return to custom home building full time and founded Premiere Homes by Lee Everett.
