The people at this company were a pleasure to work with. I trusted them from the beginning and felt at ease with such a large project as replacing all of our windows. We have a value of making our home energy efficient they were very knowledgeable about realistic solutions.

I purchased 8 Softlite replacement vinyl windows from Pride, for a stucco tear off project. I was very pleased with the pricing, communication, warranty, and install. We had a bit of issue with the some of the jambs on the install, but to their credit, the issue was dealt with immediately, and to my satisfaction. It is easy to get great feedback when everything goes perfect, but the true test of any company is how they deal with issue resolution, and Pride came through for me. They have very experienced and knowledgeable installers, and this is very important when dealing with windows.

When we had Pride come out to give us an estimate on our siding and attic insulation we were surprised at the large price difference for the identical product that we had received during our estimate with Minnesota Rusco. We were promised factory installers and a sizable reduction in our heating costs, and that is exactly what we received. They brought the attic of our 1962 Rambler up to r60 and installed new insulated siding on our house and un-attached garage. We have been very happy with the quality of the workmanship and would definitely recommend allowing them to come out and bid on a future job.
