Would not hire again. Master bathroom remodel took almost 5 months. Tile guy was horrible, and although some of the tile issues were fixed there are still many issues I will have to hire someone else to repair.

DO NOT use Personal Touch Contracting. My master bathroom remodel took 9 weeks to be completed after Jeff stated it was a 4-week project. There was no “personal touch” to their services. Communication was minimal, details were overlooked frequently and had to be brought to Jeff’s attention and overall, the quality of work was lacking. My husband and I decided to fix the final painting issues (horrible texture job on the wall and a small hole in the wall behind the toilet) ourselves rather than have anyone from this company return to do the work. Jeff had to be pressed to accept any responsibility for the many wrong turns in this job. He allowed hundreds of dollars of materials to be ordered that were not needed, although once really confronted with this case, he did admit he did not review the invoice from the tile company before I made the purchase and offered to pay for the overages. He also approved a tub filler to be ordered which did not work in the space and cost several days of the project time waiting for the correct filler to be ordered and arrive. I cannot stress enough, there are many contracting companies out there, please make a better choice then I did and do not use Personal Touch Contracting.

Update: 3.5 years ago I had a chimney rebuilt. While I thought the work was done very well, I have since learned that the way the chimney flashing was installed caused a leak in my roof that caused substantial damage. I have also since learned from the roofing company that there is a lot of wood rot on top of the chimney. I caution you to ensure work done is inspected thoroughly by you and/or the county officials. This project ended up costing me so much more than it should have now that it has to be repaired by another company.

Jeff and Joe did an amazing job remodeling our fireplace. Jeff consulted with us and let us know that our vision could be executed. Joe was the one who performed the manual work and he did an exceptional job, exceeding our expectations. He paid close attention to detail, which is evident by his craftsmanship. And both he and Jeff had a welcoming demeanor. What a great team! And look at the end product. We are thrilled with our new fireplace and will be working with the team again in the near future!

Highly recommend! We renovated 2 of our bathrooms and our laundry room. Jeff and his team are efficient, affordable and they do fantastic work. There was great communication throughout the entire project and which made me feel very comfortable that everything was done the way we wanted. We will absolutely use them again!

I used Personal Touch Contracting to install a new kitchen, powder room, main bath and master bathroom. They had to completely demo each room which required removing all kitchen cabinets, plumbing fixtures, ceramic tile floors, sinks, vanities, a bathtub and a glass shower enclosure. They made very helpful suggestions during the process that I had overlooked and made a lot of sense to do while undergoing renovations. Jeff and his crew were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The crew was there early in the morning and worked diligently all day. We are extremely pleased with the results in each room. I would definitely recommend Personal Touch Contracting for any home improvement project.

I have used Personal Touch Contracting to do our kitchen, and it has been a great pleasure to work with Jeff. He was very professional, detail oriented, most of all on time, and on top of the project. Jeff did gave us some valuable advice, he was very patient with our vision, but made it better. The kitchen came out very nice, and we highly recommend Personal Touch Contracting.

It pays to work with a licensed contractor. Thanks to Jeff and his team for a great job in remodeling my kitchen, dining room, bathroom and new tile floors throughout. I could not find fault with his flooring specialists....everything square, and neatly grouted. His cabinet specialists took great care in measuring and installing my European cabinets for a perfect fit, no chips, and sealed around the edges. The plumbing of the dishwasher, the new faucet unit and sink was neatly done and looks great. The price and terms were fair with no surprises.

Jeff and his crew were so wonderful to work with. They did a kitchen remodel for us in our condo which is our vacation home. Jeff worked with our tight timetable as we were flying in to get the work done. All of his team were courteous, professional, and showed up exactly when promised. The work was well done and we were very pleased with how everything turned out. We highly recommend Personal Touch Contracting and won’t hesitate calling them again for any future work. It was so refreshing to work with a contractor you could rely on, did an excellent job communicating with us, and delivered quality results.

I want to thank Personal Touch Contracting for an excellent job on installing my wood floors. Their attention to detail in gluing down the floors and finishing in a timely manner was greatly appreciated. The cost of the project was a fair price for the work done! I strongly recommend Jeff and team for all your project needs!

We found Jeff and his team to be extremely professional and did a wonderful job remodeling two of our bathrooms. They finished the job on time and within budget. Jeff was attentive to the details and followed-up on our questions and the final details of the project. We certainly will use Personal Touch Contracting if we do any other home renovations.
