I have been in Real Estate and new construction for nearly 15 years. I am extremely impressed at not only the quality of the finished product that Radiant Homes produces, but also the ease of the process for the client. Building or remodeling can be extremely stressful, having a great company that understands that and goes the extra mile to make it as simple as possible is priceless. I would recommend Radiant Homes to my friends, family, or stranger on the street.

The level of craft that went into our home in beyond anything else we've seen in town. There was never a suggestion to do things more mainstream - always an excitement to try new things and figure out a way to turn our unique or unconventional selections into a beautiful reality.

Did a great job on our lake home remodel project. Project was completed on time, on budget and with no surprises. Was very impressed with the scheduling of all trades and the attention to detail.

Radiant home have been instrumental in shaping our new home as well was our basement in 2 separate projects. They were and continue to remain extremely professional and are available to help us even 4 years after the project is complete if we happen to have small issues. We had to price match certain things which were quoted slightly expensive , but they were very open to adjusting the initial quote. Great team and we are very happy with their work.
