Revitaliste

Revitaliste has been a dream to work with. They have excellent communication, project management, and workmanship. They have made my job so simple!

Revitaliste is amazing. Over the past few years, I have worked very closely with the entire Revitaliste team on a number of projects for my interior design clients. The service that they offer is like no other in the industry. Not only do they provide/deliver an excellent product with an extreme attention to detail, they are fantastic with communication, timeliness, and always stay on budget. They are true creatives, and brilliant with their ability to direct the process in collaboration with the designer or client, and execute their vision. On top of all of that, they are all lovely people with great energy! I look forward to the photography process with them so that we can all show off the fabulous transformation of all of the pieces they have "revitalized" for my clients over the past 2 years...truly a remarkable team!!!

We have done several projects with Revitaliste this year and each one has turned out as beautifully as hoped and the ease of working with them is fantastic. As far as one-stop shopping for re-upholstery, fixing, refurbishing, restoring, and repurposing, they do wonderful work.

When my parents sold my childhood home and downsized to a 2-bedroom apartment, my siblings and I jumped at the chance to scoop up some of their great furniture. It’s not that I loved the style of my parents furniture - it’s all fairly traditional American/English style - but I did love the idea of having these incredibly well constructed pieces and keeping the furniture (and memories!) in our family. I ended up with a small apartment worth of furniture when all was divided up! I wasn’t quite sure where to turn as I had never bought antiques/vintage furniture that needed to be re-done. I asked for a few recommendations from a friend who is an interior designer - she gave me only one name and told me they would take care of everything for me: Revitaliste. Best recommendations I’ve ever gotten! I decided to start with my “new” dining table and chairs. The table had a lot of water marks and the leaves were a totally different color than the rest of the table as they seldom were used. Some of the chairs were a bit rickety and all of them had absolutely no padding left in the seats. The fabric was tired and dated. In other words, this dining set needed a complete makeover. Working with Revitaliste was SO easy and fun! I uploaded pictures of my table and chairs on their website and got a quote back immediately. I filled out a design questionnaire that they then used to help me figure out the best wood stain color and sheen for the protective coat as well as the fabric for the seats. I loved how they took into consideration the fact that we have young kids and love to entertain. The fabrics they suggested were all stain resistant and gorgeous!!! When we’d finally decided on all the details, they picked up the whole set and a few weeks later they return the most INCREDIBLE dining room set!! I’ve also now re-done a pair of nightstands for my daughter’s bedroom - we lacquered them a sweet light pink color. The next project up is a super cool caned bench; we’re going to replace the broken caning and make a seat cushion for it. I’m slowly but surely working my way through the remaining furniture. I love having the help of Revitaliste’s designers to guide me in making choices that work with my existing decor and that are family friendly!! It’s also incredibly helpful to be able to use one company for “revitalizing” all the furniture I got from my parents.
