Fonseca Design Group is helping us make our vision & dream come true! Rick is a pleasure to work with and the available digital 3-D modeling is a wonderful tool! That modeling ensures what we’re imagining has translated to the design before even breaking ground. Rick listened and was responsive throughout the process. Highly recommend!

When you sit down with Rick Fonseca he gives you a quote and explains the whole process. Even though he explained in detail the different steps I was blown away with how fast and accurate everything transpired. We were able to see everything in 3D on a Screen and make changes in real time. This virtual walk-thru approach enabled us to make changes such as arched doorways and adding cabinets on the spot. This saves tremendous time over the old school back and forth that just chews up time. In the end he gave us a thumb drive with virtual pictures and plans I was able to send directly to the engineer. Great experience!!

Rick and his team were fantastic to work with. We looked all over the internet for house plans that were at least close to what we thought we wanted and finally gave up in frustration. Some friends of ours recommended we contact Rick Fonseca and assured us we'd be very happy working with him. During our initial visit with Rick, he asked us a bunch of questions about what we wanted in a home and what type of things we didn't like. We didn't play around with sketches or anything like that during that meeting...we just answered questions. A few weeks later Rick called us back in to look at what he came up with and we were both completely amazed! He absolutely nailed it!! We took our time reviewing and had several more meetings to make small adjustments to some of the details in the plans. Rick was very patient with us and we never felt like he was getting frustrated with us at all for taking our time. The end result were plans that we couldn't have possibly come up with on our own. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rick and the Fonseca Design Group!!
