Robert and Caroline ( Project Manager) are very responsive and the sub contractors on the job were very professional. I have recently been in a new very high end custom build and the quality of our build matches or exceeds that. Robert Wise not only built an addition to my Truckee home but also built a beautiful 2,652 square foot spec home for me in Cambridge Estates which is currently in contract. We hired Robert to construct our home in Tahoe Donner in July of 2008, and the home was completed in January of 2009. Because of the many years of experience in building homes in the Tahoe/Truckee area, Robert has developed a list of sub-contractors second to none. The biggest challenge to building any project is the availability of sun-contractors to keep the project on schedule. We were very impressed with Robert, and how he was able to stay on schedule with every phase of the building process. I hired Robert Wise Construction to build my vacation home at Serene Lakes in Soda Springs, California in 2007. This job came in on time and under budget. The high quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail was excellent. Real craftsmen were used for the cabinetry, flooring, tile work (inside and on the exterior) and inside finish work. My house has held up beautifully and still looks new some seven years later. I have recommended this company to several people since then and would recommend them again.
