Thank you Rock and Co for my beautiful work tops - The whole process from start to finish made the process easy for me - their patience when there was a delay with my project! (Thank you Sarah and Nicky) . Templating process and finally fitting. Valdir and Sonny you did a fabulous job of fitting and thank you for correcting a small problem with amazing results. Great job Rock and Co!

Beware - if you have problems Rock & Co have no interest in fixing them! The sales side of Rock & Co is friendly and helpful. They pushed me towards a more expensive Quartz but I was happy to pay believing I would be getting a superior product. I was wrong! The island was installed with a dent and there are small marks all over. An attempt was made to repair the dent but any repair is always visible. Its right where you sit and directly in your eye line - the result is that I now have a breakfast bar I don't want to sit at. The after sales service is shockingly incompetent. I had to chase for responses so many times. The Director refused to talk to me. They will tell you they will replace the worktop - but then refuse to pay for the cost of new kitchen units (which would be damaged taking up the worktop), kitchen fitter and electrician so its not a fix at all. Finally they offered me a 10% refund which is an insult considering I paid nearly £5k for a faulty product. Again, this doesn't fix the problem. Its such a shame they turned a stunning kitchen into a total disappointment.

We are extremely pleased with our quartz worktops from Rock and Co which were fitted in early June. The service we received from the staff was first class; from our first visit to the Hertford showroom when we met Anthony, to the templating, dealings with the admin team and to the eventual fit by Frazer and Mike. who were courteous and hard working whilst fitting the worktops. We wouldn't hesitate to reccommend Rock and Co to our friends.

1. The day before installation we received a 'phone call to say that a further join was required in a section as a 'jumbo slab' was not available despite have a template plan showing no such join was required. 2. First team arrived and were unhelpful even unfriendly. One section was scratched in 2 places. The team initially said all sections would have to be taken back if we chose to replace it. They later admitted that only the scratched section would be taken back. The team rushed to finish the utility (as it 'was Friday afternoon'). A lot of swearing and belching while they worked. Six serious scuffs on the walls. 3. Second team arrived a week later (after going to the wrong house first) and re-worked most of the sealant in the utility to a better standard. When fitting the replacement top they dented an overhead cupboard door. 4. As 2 visits were required we had to book another plumber to reconnect the sink and tap. I raised the issues of the cost of the plumber and the damaged door, quoting the plumber and a replacement door (total £108). After a delay of over 2 weeks we were eventually told the fitter 'could not recall damaging the door' (although I saw him do it). Rock&Co would only pay for the plumber.

BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT Checked their opening hours, went there and they decided to close early, so a wasted journey. Went back again and decided what I would like to purchase went back with my husband and placed the order. Called two days later to say they sold what we ordered that morning. Asked what the lead time would be and was advised in writing it would be 12 weeks. Went back in to the showroom to confirm order and they said they would call me the next working day to confirm the order...never heard back so contacted them again and again no contact back always had to chase for an update and now they are saying even though a few weeks of that lead time has now passed they arent getting what i ordered. So poor customer service as they commit to contacting you back and just dont't. All in all probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

Stone was beautifully cut and joins were excellent. Installation left several cloudy patches in the stone and lines caused by ‘water marks’ R&C did eventually come and clean the stone, took over two hours but the acetone has left a long smear along the edge of the peninsula (0nly seen in a certain light) not what I had expected therefore still feel disappointed and let down,

We were very pleased with our experience of Rock and Co. Anthony the Sales Director talked us through their company supplier relationships and philosophy which made us confident they could deliver the level of service we were after. The requirement was relatively straight forward; white, quartz kitchen worktop but we needed a fair bit of it. When it came to templating the person that came was respectful, knowledgeable and happy to discuss this stage of the process. On the day of fitting the team arrived on time, took time to get the 3 sections to fit as perfectly as they could and also gave guidance and advise on aftercare. On price, Rock and Co were competitive. It took a few attempts to get to our agreed price but we were comfortable that we got the best price we could. Overall very happy to recommend to others.

Right from the outset quotation and information regarding choice of work tops was very professional. Laser mapping to determine lay out was thorough and carefully recorded. The fitting of the quartz worktops was superb. We are very happy with the result. Ann & Arthur Smith

Great service from start to finish. The fitting was more time consuming due to some additional cuts that were required on site, but their team perceived way beyond normal expected hours! Thanks again we are really enjoying the additional chopping board which you supplied to match the work top.

Would thoroughly recommend this company. Customer service at all stageswas exemplary. They exhibited a service that is sadly lacking in many company's now so it was a pleasure to work with them and and even greater pleasure to have our stunning Quartz delivered and fitted (under difficult circumstances that particular day) by two fitters who where professional, friendly and respectful.
