We are Rock Solid Tops, founded February 1, 2009. Rock Solid Tops owner and South Shore native, Tony Giannetti, spent 9 years as an apprentice under his father and master craftsman Steve "Hoss" Giannetti. Steve founded the company "Planet Granite" and paved the way for the family business while installing countless projects along the way. In turn, Steve groomed his son Tony into becoming one of the best in the granite installation business. Tony's vision has always been his dedication to professionalism and putting the customer first. Rock Solid Tops continues to be a family owned and operated business with over 40 years experience! Anyone looking to remodel a kitchen or bathroom this is the company to use 110%! Jeff and Tony were a pleasure to work with. I remodeled my kitchen a couple of years ago and now its time for the bathrooms! Going back to them was the easiest decision of the whole process! They are extremely attentive and answered all my sometimes silly questions to help put my mind at ease. They take the time to make sure you are getting what you want and help guide you in the right direction. They even helped me budget other items in my project, which they did not have to do! I cannot recommend anything else but don't use anyone other than this company for your project :-)!!

We worked with RST over the summer and had a sink and countertops replaced. We can't say enough wonderful things about the team! Jeff was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions and requests as was Ron. We've all heard the horror stories of contractors that quote one price and charge another, or say they will be done in a certain amount of time when in reality the project takes twice as long. This was not the case with RST. The project finished on time and on budget, everything they said would happen did with excellent craftsmanship and at a completely reasonable price. We could not be more pleased with how things turned out and really feel like these changes have created a new living space. We cannot recommend RST more highly!

I don't typically write reviews for merchants where I have not used their services. Rock Solid tops is the difference. When I had a horrible experience with the counter install by my kitchen designer I was in the position of possibly removing the counters. I contacted Jeff at Rock Solid and he could not be more helpful. He provided me with quotes and options. Weeks later when I had to defend myself against my designer Jeff was very helpful in helping me understand what could or could not be standard during an install. He could not provide a complete assessment since the counter was not covered by tile. All this when I was very open that I was not sure we would be using his services.

Rock Solid Tops are outstanding! I chose MSI Quartz Cashmere Carrara counter tops.These are beautiful counter tops. Jeff and Tony at Rock Solid were great to work with and worked directly with my kitchen contractor to make everything progress seamlessly. They were on time, within budget and their customer service excellent. They I would highly recommend Rock Solid Tops.

Three weeks ago I wondered into RS Tops to check out counter options. Today I have beautiful new counters! RS Tops have surpassed my expectations. Jeff was in the shop and patiently explained options to me. He developed a budget which was right on the mark. He facilitated the scheduling of the work very promptly. Every step of the way Jeff went out of his way to communicate every step of the way including arrival of materials, scheduling the work and following up on my satisfaction. Tony's team did an excellent job with installation. These guys were efficient and did an outstanding job. My kitchen counters are so beautiful. I really appreciate the high quality service and work of RS Tops.

We worked with Jeff from Rock Solid on the granite counters for our kitchen, guest bath, and powder room, as well as the marble counter and accents in our master bath. We are absolutely thrilled with the work they did, and working with Jeff was a great experience. These guys are total pros at what they do, and they provide the highest quality customer service. Our counters are simply beautiful. I highly recommend Jeff and Rock Solid. We would definitely use them again!!
