He was such a great listener plus going into details explaining options as well as making changes! It was amazing that I didn’t replace but updated with many options and affordable ideas! Anderson & Rodgers was our general contractor for a whole house remodel. They listened to our dreams and shared some of their ideas and suggestions. Together we developed a plan that they saw it through to a timely completion. The staff are professional, easy to work with, and are always available. Their experience and insights made everything from initial planning to product selection easy. We especially like our kitchen. We were able to find cabinets and reclaimed wood to create the look we wanted. We love our "new" house and would absolutely recommend Anderson & Rodgers Construction.

Our home was built between February and June 2017 at a cost of $249,500. The project was completed exactly as quoted; on time and at cost. The quality of work was beyond all expectations. We expected to have at least some of the normal problems people complain about when building a home. We had NO problems. Supervision was on the site every time he said he would. The various trades where always on site on time and did excellent quality work. They included extras things at no cost to make life easier for me in a wheelchair such as a built in desk, extra light switches and an upper and lower clothes rod in my closet. If I ever need more work done I will use no one else.

We work in the real estate industry and know a lot of fabulous contractors in this area, but when we decided to renovate our garage into a carriage house for guests, we went with Anderson & Rodgers. Teddy Rodgers spearheaded the project and used top-quality subcontractors who were fast and efficient, while providing quality work. We can't say enough positive things about Anderson & Rodgers. Teddy answered the phone when we called, he delivered when he said he would and the final product is amazing. We are so happy with his work and would recommend him time and again to our friends and clients.

Our renovation with A&R affected every room of our farmhouse and was done in five months including installing an unexpected 30 ft I-beam, restoring and adding hardwood floors, removing a sunken living room, total kitchen overhaul and total master bathroom overhaul. We met Teddy once during our first consult and estimate. Michaela's designs helped us nail down specifics before demo began. Lars saw us through every step of the process with professionalism and excellent communication. He knew when to fight our battles with us and when to advise us to "let it go". There are things that came up that were unfortunate: it's a wonky 100 year old house, as it settles a wall here or there isn't totally flush, the budget grew as we discovered problems that needed to be fixed, and the whole renovation was just plain expensive (aka stressful). But we have realized these weren't problems with A&R as much as with any major renovation (it's not quite like on TV!). We had much more pros than cons with our experience with A&R and always recommend them to others (and will consider them for future projects).

Our basement was remodeled by Anderson & Rodgers and we could not be happier. Work was completed right on schedule with no surprises on pricing. Overall just a great experience.
