We are a boutique architecture studio with over 17 years experience in designing family homes. We are known for our collaborative process - we don't have a 'house style', instead we focus on creating unique designs which reflect our clients preferences and maximise the potential of your home and budget. We look at the finer details, and are passionate about light, space & making clients’ lifestyles work in their home. We utilise the latest architectural design tools which enable us to deliver the optimal design solution and give clients realistic visualisations of the final outcome. My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Ronan on our energy-efficient renovation project. He was fantastic from start to finish. In drafting our plans and managing the planning permission process, Ronan took onboard all of our ideas but equally contributed lots of ideas and details we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. He was also invaluable when it came to the tender and build, establishing an excellent working relationship with the builders and ensuring the plans were faithfully translated on the ground. All in all we were and are delighted with the end result and would recommend Ronan 100%. As well as being an exceptional architect he is also a lovely guy and a genuine pleasure to work with.

I would not hesitate to recommend Ronan for any architectural project. From inception to completion of my house refurbishment and extension project he provided inspiration and expertise. He listened carefully and took on board my wishes and requirements and took pains to seek out environmentally friendly materials and systems including timber-frame, underfloor heating, polished low-¬-carbon concrete floors and solar panels. The result is a light-filled warm house that has retained much of its original 1920s character.

The whole project management, from handling the many administrative procedures to on-site supervision, was impeccable and precise. RRR gave useful advice and solved several issues with innovative ideas so as to keep the whole build within the agreed budget.

Ronan has worked on two projects with me. Ronans design ideas for the first project were just right and with his help I found a builder that respected that he was working in a home and not a building site. Ronans project management was professional and efficient and all of our site meetings were productive. It being an old house we encountered unexpected structural problems, all which were handled efficiently and with minimal disruption to the project. Ronans snagging was meticulous resulting painless project completion. The project finished with no stress, on time and on budget and one very happy client. When I wanted to make another change to my home, Ronan was my first call. Once again, his understanding of my requirements made for great design and with his help the project was straight forward and trouble free.

Ronan's attention to detail was very important at both planning & construction stages to minimise queries from planners & our builder, respectively. Ronan's awareness of the construction of sustainable buildings was also very evident in the construction drawings for our home, which was key to the house being as efficient as possible. The end result is a light filled, energy efficient building that is contemporary in design but at its heart is very much a family home. From design through to construction completion, Ronan has always been very professional to deal with and we would have no hesitation in recommending Ronan as an architect.
