Snap Construction

We contacted Snap Construction and worked with Matt to repair our roof after we found several shingle tabs missing due to wind. Matt answered all of our questions (and there were many) and willingly met with us ahead-of and during our meeting with our insurance adjuster. Matt was on-time or early for every meeting and replied promptly to all communications and even let us know when he was going to be out of the office for the holidays (even though our work had just finished). He was quick to schedule the install, working around weather as needed, and helpful when we had a hard time deciding which shingle color to go with. The foreman & crew working on the demo & install were also very quick, polite and patient with my questions. I was nervous about adding vents to the front of our house and was pushing to use ridge vents but our roof is unfortunately not compatible. The crew managed to install two vents on the front of our house in very inconspicuous places - I didn't even notice them at first!! Install was completed in 1 day, dumpster hauled away the next day and the foreman came back to finish clean up the next day. Some of the extra materials sat in our yard for a week or so before their contracted truck came to pick it up but that wasn't an issue for us. We are so happy with the work and our new roof!! Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend SNAP Construction for roofing projects. They recently replaced the roof on my house in south Minneapolis and the whole process went incredibly smooth. The new roof looks great! Our project manager, Tim Lahr, was fantastic too and great to deal with. He was very responsive with answering questions and even QC'd the work after the crew was done. I can't tell you how many times vendors could make things just a little better with a second check of their work. A+++ Full service, happy ending:)

We initially called for an estimate for attic insulation. As we were doing the walk-through we mentioned that we were getting our roof done, the rep asked if he could submit a bid which we agreed. Best decision ever! We ended up using Snap for our roof replacement, attic insulation and new attic/soffit venting. Our rep. Matt Thomes was all you could ask for. He was very responsive and worked hard for us! I would highly recommend.

Snap construction did a wonderful job on our roof. We got quotes from a few places and they were by far the cheapest, but also were very detailed with their process that I knew we were still receiving the highest quality of services. They completed our roof in a day, and installed gutter guards for us a few days later, and that process only took maybe an hour. Very impressed, very professional, very thorough. Special shout out to Matt for helping us through the process and being extremely responsive always. Based on the quality of services received, we plan on having our windows done with them also Later this year

Snap Construction did a great job. Matt responded right away to my inquiry and gave me a comprehensive detailed estimate. The work was done quickly but also meticulously. There was excellent communication through the whole process. I'll definitely be calling Snap again for future projects.

Hired SNAP to install new windows, vinyl siding, and exterior stone on my home, plus rebuilding the front entryway. I couldn't be happier with decision. The guys worked in the cold, sometimes single-digit cold, to complete the work quickly with minimal disruption. The quality of the work is outstanding. We hired Snap to replace our roof, and we had an excellent experience. Matt and Amy were prompt, clear, and friendly; the crew lead by Jorge was fast, thorough, and did great work; and the cost fit our budget. The crew completed our 3k sq ft roof in a single day (from tear-off to clean-up). The installation looks great; we have heard from a number of neighbors how much they like the look our new roof. We needed to replace a 37 year old skylight. Matt came out and advised us, and made a proposal. The skylight was ordered, arrived in a timely manner, and installed and finished promptly. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable in many areas. Great job!

We used Snap Construction for a multi-part project that included a new roof, attic insulation and vent fans, skylights and gutters. Because there were multiple parts to it with multiple worker skills involved, the overall project went on for a while. We also had some delays due to weather and availability of supplies. We worked with Dan, who did a good job of keeping us updated with what was going to happen next and what to expect. The workers who came to the house were polite, considerate and competent. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up after tearing off the old roof. I only found one stray nail. All in all, we were very satisfied with Snap, and we will not hesitate to use them again if we do another project

I needed attic insulation installed. Amy from Snap came out and gave me an estimate. I also had them exhaust a bathroom fan for me. The job went great. Everyone was on time and the job was completed to my satisfaction. No more chilly winters or ice dams! Go Snap!
