Runyan Brothers did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. They are prompt, polite, easy to work with and fantastic craftsman. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. They were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.

Jared and Evan ( and Scott!) Runyan did an amazing job on our kitchen, dining room and bathroom ! All the hardwood on our first floor was replaced/ refinished, as well as new lighting in the kitchen and new paint throughout . They installed new cupboards and windows as well. Customer comes first? After waiting 6 months for a reply I emailed Jared to inquire about the status of our window sash replacement due to poor material and or workmanship. His reply was his supplier failed 2 times to get the correct size for what ever reason and then gave me a link to his old supplier for me to deal with all over again. It seems to me like I'm too busy and go do it myself, let alone if I hadn't reached out to inquire about the issue, I probably wouldn't hear anything back at all. What kind of customer service is this?

We can’t say enough about how great it was to work with the Runyan Brothers and their team. During a time with scarce resources and workforce issues, they didn’t miss a beat. They were fully honest about challenges and delivered in each part of the process. They did a complete kitchen remodel with some “added on” projects. We absolutely love the completed work. The Runyun Brothers team and all of their subcontracters are great to work with. We needed a custom free standing garage built and we really chose the best. We originally had to schedule our project in August or September, however, when another project fell through they were able to bump us up to May! The guys showed up at 7:30 each morning and didn't stop for anything but lunch until 4:30. They all worked seamlessly together, answered any questions we had and cleaned up before they left. We absolutely love our new garage with its attic and patio. We also had them redo the siding on the house to match making the whole place more maintenance free and updated. They made some great suggestions at each phase of the job, things we didn't know or hadn't thought of and they even made the cement more attractive using curves instead of angles on the patio and front walkway. Inside they put in a new electrical outlet and installed my new swingout pantry. My husband and I couldn't be happier. We'll use this team whenever the need arises. Thanks Runyun Brothers!

I really can’t say enough about the professionalism and skill set of Runyan Brothers Construction. We completely renovated the entire interior of our home and their attention to detail in every room was evident. In addition to completing the original scope of work, they went above and beyond that while still completing the work on time and within budget. Lastly the Runyan family, their employees and every sub they used were incredibly polite, kind and considerate. Like other reviewers have mentioned, we chose Runyon Bros to build our new garage and couldn't be happier with how it turned out! We have an older home and this project had it's fair share of challenges, but Runyon handled them all with ease. From tearing down the old garage, abatement of original asbestos siding, building new garage, residing the entire home, new doors, tearing down an old chimney and a new concrete parking area! Scot, Jared, Tim, Evan and the crew are wonderful to work with. We were always informed of what was going on which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Runyon Bros for your home project. They are good people and great at what they do!

After interviewing 5 general contractors, we selected Runyan Brothers to build our new home. The online reviews were important, but what was more impressive was the several unsolicited recommendations we received from others once they found out we were planning to build something. That, and the amazing references Runyan was able to provide when we were making our final decision, solidified our choice. We could not be happier with our home or with our selection of Runyan. From day one, working with Scot, Evan, Jared, the Runyan team and all the subs was absolutely top notch. Our project was done in the time frame estimated (even with a pandemic shutdown) and within the budget established. I could not believe how little down time there was and how well the project was organized and run from the very beginning. Even the 1 or 2 hiccups (which are inevitable) were quickly and professionally resolved. I would recommend Runyan Brothers for any construction project you may be considering.

Runyan Brothers Construction just completed a major renovation of our house and we couldn’t be happier. As we planned our project we met with a number of contractors. In some cases, the price wasn’t right and in others we just weren’t comfortable moving forward with them. During our search for a contractor, we came across Runyan Brothers Construction online. Initially we were skeptical because no matter which site, every single rating was 5-stars. I mean what contractor receives 5 stars from everyone? After they completed our renovation, we now see why. Bottom line, we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of our project. We really enjoyed working with Runyan Brothers Construction. Working with them made everything a little easier to deal with. If you are looking for a contractor and you are considering Runyan Brothers, just stop your search and hire them. You won’t be disappointed!

Best decision we ever made! We chose the Runyan Brothers for our basement finishing project. It was by far the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. Jared somehow keeps every little detail moving, on track, is extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, professional and an excellent communicator. All of the above should be the standard but it is so hard to know what you are getting up front sometimes. We knew from the first time we met with both Scott and Jared, they were a great fit for us. When it comes to the Runyan crew I can’t begin to keep this to a reasonable word count. First and foremost, Evan is a great foreman. He is detailed, has a great eye, is very talented and takes great pride in his craftmanship. Everyone on the team works HARD and there wasn’t a time where I looked over the work and wondered if there was a guy on the crew who didn’t have the same skills as everyone else. AND they were punctual (yup, ALWAYS showed up on time, worked all day and came back when they said they would) – we heard from everyone when starting our project that contractors just don’t show up on time or sometimes not at all. Runyan was excellent! Nobody ever had to work here late or on a weekend, because they did their job 110% the whole time they were here. We had friends who know a lot about construction and quality stop by during the project and they were very impressed with the quality of framing, trim, woodwork, etc. In addition, the quality and professionalism of the sub-contractors they worked with was an extension of the Runyan team. We specifically want to thank the time and efforts of Jason at Dream Kitchens (see our review of them on their page). You can tell they have a great rapport with everyone and have picked to work with a great team of trades from the area. Together, everyone made our project everything it could be. I will wrap this up with a few summary thoughts – everyone was kind (approachable, sense of humor), communicated well (they were always kind and professional even to my kids), they cleaned up at the end of EVERY day, kept us abreast of every step and decision. We can’t thank them enough for building us a basement that EVERYONE raves about, including us! We can’t recommend Runyan Brother’s construction enough. We keep thinking about what else we are going to hire them to help us with next!
