Sand Dollar Customs is a home building and remodeling company based on Cape Cod co-owned by Rob Warren and Steve Bobola. We have more than 70 years of combined experience in the building and remodeling industry. We specialize in providing the customized details that make a home truly unique. We take great pride in offering integrity, quality and craftsmanship at a fair price. HOW WE WORK We will treat your home with respect during every phase of your project. Our team will arrive dressed in Sand Dollar Customs uniforms, and will leave a clean worksite at the end of each day. We will work to minimize the disruption in your home throughout the construction process. WHAT SETS US APART We won’t pass you off to a project manager or avoid your calls once you’ve signed a contract. Our mom's aging-in-place bathroom renovation was a big success - a full wet room concept with zero-threshold shower, linear wall drain and full handicap design w/grab bars and accessible shower fixtures. Also a wider doorway for future wheelchair access, modular vanity, non-slip surfaces, and beautiful tile work. Functional and looks fantastic! Thanks, Rob, Steve and team for a job well done!

Very unprofessional. Wasted 2 months of my time on a new construction job. They were giving me an incentive to do a construction loan (should I choose to do one) I found out it wasn't in my best interest and wanted to go conventional and they pushed me out of the deal. From day one, they never said I had to get a construction loan. No integrity. I was a very qualified buyer. When I told them that was unethical, they tried to bully me to sign a P & S next day even though I didn't have all of the cost information. Buyer beware of unethical tactics.
