Started with estimates from several companies and after analyzing them all I landed on Acoma Roofing. They had very good communication from the beginning all the way to completion. The google reviews were good and the price was within my budget. Work was completed in September 2021 with the skylight being replaced as well. The site manager came out after the roof was completed in about 2 days and he had more workers come back out to touch up a few things he saw necessary. Working with Acoma on such a large project ended up being the best experience I have had with any contractor so far. Great communication, skilled and fast workers, and A+ customer service. I do recommend Acoma and will work with them again for future needs.

My husband and I got 4 estimates for a new roof and decided to go with Acoma Roofing because we felt not only were they professional and very courteous while giving their estimate, but also felt we were getting the best value for our money. They did not disappoint. They provided excellent service and did an awesome job of cleaning up at the end of each day. It’s been 2 months since the new roof was installed and many rains since...NOT one leak!! Very very happy!!

We were very impressed by Acoma Roofing's service and the quality of their work as they replaced our roof. The tear-down was done quickly, and all debris removed from the site by the end of the day. The crew worked long hard days, was focused, professional, and cleaned up each evening. Linda, in the office, was helpful and prompt in replying to questions and requests. San, an owner, was very accessible, and met with us twice after the job was finished. He was generous with his time and made sure we were completely satisfied. Throughout the entire project we felt confident that the work was being done to the highest standard. This is in such stark contrast to other roofing companies with whom we have dealt in the past. Our highest recommendations go to Acoma Roofing!

After hurricane Irma damaged our roof we called Ryder O'Brien. He came over right away and very kindly and professionally dealt with the situation. He provided everything in a timely manor to the insurance co. so we could move forward. Thank you Ryder. From the owner Steve, Jill, Linda and every crew that worked here the service they provided was excellent . They did a nice job keeping the site clean and were very conscientious to get the job done well. We highly would recommend Acoma Roofing.

I had 4 estimates from well know popular roofing companies. I was amazed on how many sales people sounded like carnival barkers. When Acoma roofing gave us a quote and left my home my wife and I knew they were the right one. All work was performed on-time and as expected. Their team was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Many people remarked that it was one of the neatest roofing jobs they had ever seen. Their prices were fair and they do not hire contract workers like some do. They have their own permanent crew. They were very neat and when they left it looked like they weren’t even there. I was so impressed I asked the to put a sign in my front yard. They use the best products and warranty them. I would recommend Acoma Roofing to anyone who reads this. Great company Top Crew!”

After suffering some damage from Hurricane Irma, Acoma Roofing was the first company to get back to us with a quote. They were patient as we waited for our insurance adjuster to come out, and worked with us to adjust their quote to what was given to us. Both Steve and Ryder were extremely helpful and easy to work with, and Ken's team did an impeccable job on site. We highly recommend working with them for any roofing work you need done!

We recently contracted with Acoma to re- roof our tile roof home. We researched the Tampa Bay area for roofing companies. This is a huge investment for us so we wanted to make sure that we had a quality company. Well we found it in Acoma. From their sales representative Duane until the final day of the project everything was A- 1 stellar!!!! First Duane unlike everyone else we called out walked the entire property , observed every aspect of the roof. Very impressive. Based on his presentation, the reasonable quote price, don't have to pay until AFTER THE PROJECT we chose them. We made the right decision. Quality work, fair price , very responsive to our needs/questions , very clean job, workers extremely polite ( especially Israel ), didn't damage property , timely done, covered everything and the VERY BEST THING... THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT , We even made a modification during the project and we were accommodated. Your trust in this company will not be misspent.

We have used Acoma for commercial and residential properties. The first time we re-roofed our office building they were the high bid. We went with a lower bid and had problem after problem. The next time we used Acoma and really haven't had a problem since. The same is true with my home. While they may not be the cheapest bid; they're likely the best, if you're seeking high quality workmanship and good service.
