I have no words to explain how thankful I am to find such an amazing place with best options available for beautiful, modern and upscale choices, not just materials but so many beautiful people! Staff is just totally different then any other designer places I have ever visited, with friendly best attitude, so knowledgeable, job done so timely without any interruptions and such an excellent quality! Owner and designer of this beautiful place is most beautiful, kind and sweetest hard working beautiful woman, with outstanding customer service and exceptional talent and taste ❤️❤️❤️❤️ her two amazing sons also working so hard to keep standards very high! over 10 years I was looking for unique stone work place with reasonable price and I have never known this place was existed! I am so grateful and happy to finally find truly quality shop with so many amazing people! Thank you for everything you do!

I also used JM Kitchen and Bath and they sent Pinnacle out for our counters. We were told our island was designed for the largest possible "single piece" counter top. It arrived in two pieces so now we have a seam down the middle. They also sent a very young man out to do the template, who gave me bad information about how far apart the holes would be drilled in our bathroom counter for the faucets. Now the faucet handles rub on the faucet and they won't take responsibility for the mistake their incompetent employee made. Installation added about 50% to the price which wasn't quoted at the time we ordered. Now I'm spending more money to have someone else come to replace the bathroom counter because they won't. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Our experience with Pinnacle was seamless. Our kitchen design company, JM Kitchen & Bath uses them for their Granite installations. A gentleman showed up for his appointment exactly on time after a call to let my wife know he was on his way and would be a few minutes early. He took the measurements and in about two weeks our granite was installed by three other gentleman. It looks gorgeous! They installed, sealed the granite, drilled the holes for our faucets, everything was perfect. We've read about big box horror stories and granite installations be botched and were nervous but it pays to hire a professional company like this one. We have recommended them to all our friends that see our countertops
