Talented behind the scene staff provide support to insure efficient project documentation. Samuel Gordon Architects, P.C. believes greatest client satisfaction is derived when complete architectural services are provided. To meet that goal each project is attended to from the initial program to the completion of the final item on the construction punch list. Additionally complete architectural interiors are part of the service package. These include the design of all the cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile, plumbing and light fixture selection.

Sam Gordon designed and managed a full kitchen expansion and renovation. I can not speak highly enough about his design and work. He created a kitchen that balances beautiful design touches with the functionality that I demanded. He suggested elements that I would never have imagined to enhance the appearance while also maximizing the utility. He made valuable suggestions about ideas that were not worth the cost, and others that he felt justified the additional expenditures - and he was always on the mark. I smile every time I walk into my beautiful kitchen.

He marries creative thinking to practical implementation ensuring projects are on time and on budget. He has the respect of his contractors thanks to his attention to detail. Sam is fabulous! He understood our aesthetic quickly and listened carefully to what we wanted. While we did not always agree on every detail, he gave us a great advice and then implemented whatever the final decision was. Once the plans were completed, each watched over the construction project like a hawk, and worked with the contractor extremely well. He inspected all the details. He has remained helpful to us to iron out all the post-completion issues and details.

Sam designed and orchestrated the construction of our beach house on Long Beach Island, NJ. Simply stated: Sam's design far exceeded our expectations and it was kept within the budget! Sam listened to the general principles of what we were looking for in the design and put together a plan that we didn't think was architecturally possible given the strict rule of building within the footprint of the previous property that was destroyed in a fire. Every detail, no matter large or small, was taken into consideration. Thanks Sam. You're the best!

Sam designed a gut reno for a project I did in Washington Square in Philadelphia. His drawings are impeccable which avoids miscommunication between design intent and construction.

Sam is very detail oriented, knowledgeable, and professional. His planning goes beyond things we ever considered when building our home. He was able to answer all of our questions and provide us with suggestions on places to find what we were looking for. The finishing touches and design details that were recommendations by Sam really took our home to the next level. We are so happy we had the opportunity to work with Sam on this project.

Sam Gordon is very professional and knowledgeable. He is a good communicator and is very organized. Sam was able to work within our budget on two separate occasions - first in 2003, and again in 2006, providing excellent work quality each time.

My wife and I met Sam when he was working for another Architect firm on Long Beach Island . I saw some of his design work and was very intrigued by how he planned out the floor plan to suit the personality of the people he was working for .. My wife who is an artist also saw a genius in Sam that I could not see at the time we hired him to renovate our home that we built in 1979 .. He did a fabulous job in taking both of our ideas and placing them into our new home .. I have recommended him to others friends and business associates because he thinks out the project and works within your budget ,,

The photos show the true transformation of this home. It was one of our first multi generational projects. It is a pleasure to see how you, your children and grandchildren continue to enjoy the home.

We had a great working relationship with Sam. This was a very complicated project because the project had to be built around a historic barge from 1910 that house the kitchen and sitting room. It took a lot of imagination and attention to detail. There was nothing cookie cutter about this.
