We were recommended Shuttersouth by a friend and we’ve been delighted with the service from start to finish. We found the company great to work with, communication was consistent, workmanship was brilliant and the price was very reasonable. We’ve had shutters fitted to the front of our house and we love them!

We have had shutters fitted to our 2 front windows. Our house fronts the pavement so privacy was a factor in choosing them. As we chose tier on tier we can now benifit from the light and still have privacy. Good comunication from Gemma in the office, and the fitter Simon was very professional and did an excellent job.

Installation by Phil was seamless. End result looks fabulous...

I just wanted to say Phil was absolutely brilliant, very professional and had a great sense of humour! He never stopped, not even for anything to eat, we did offer but he refused. He worked nonstop from 10am to around 5.30pm. He tidied up as he went returning all the packaging to his van – which was also very orderly! The shutters look wonderful, we are so pleased with them, Phil is a credit to your company as was the original salesman and the surveyor.

An excellent job by Chris and his fitter, Phil. Professional and courteous from beginning to end. Chris kept us fully informed at all time during the process and his quotes were very fair and honest. Time keeping was spot on, both intitial appointment/survey and subsequent fitting. The shutters look wonderful and are of a very high quality. I had been deterred in the past by the cost but now they are installed, they are worth every penny. I’m glad I went with Shuttersouth rather than another well known national supplier as Chris is clearly and quite rightly proud of his business and values true customer service.

They did a great job. Everyone I dealt with from the quote, to the measuring up and then the installation was really nice and the job was done perfectly. I would most definitely recommend the company to anyone who's thinking of having shutters. They are so much better than curtains!

We are delighted with the finished product which was fitted to a very high standard. As a result, we have now ordered more shutters for the rest of the house.
