You know when you are looking for a Garage or a Builder to trust you hope for the best and hope you don't get ripped off. When we chose Smart Property Interiors for our Kitchen Project we got this one spot on. As a discerning Scotsman I contacted over 20 Leicht Dealers from Aberdeen to Cornwall - comparing prices, installation costs and location. I spent a couple of weeks meeting salesmen, visiting showrooms and researching. In the end I chose Chaz (the owner) - partly because he ticked all of the above boxes but partly because I had a good feeling about Chaz and his team. As we were spending a fair amount of money I was hoping for a good level of service and Chaz didn't disappoint. He would redesign on a whim, visit the property and make suggestions that only a "Hands On" owner could. His pricing was very competitive and when I found Appliances cheaper elsewhere Chaz matched the prices and even offered to buy some of our old appliances, so everything would match. I know Chaz gets a lot of business through recommendations and I can see why. He is a very Trustworthy, Professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending Smart Property Interiors. In fact it is a must!

We were introduced to Chaz through a friend, who previously carried out work for them and they were very satisfied with the final product. We picked Chaz and his team because we wanted a bespoke kitchen but did not know exactly how to lay everything out, and knew the high street chains would not meet our needs. From the outset, Chaz “got us” and knew how to creatively arrange our kitchen in a way that worked for us, maximising the space and keeping it light and airy. He made us think of our kitchen in a completely different way; viewing it as another room to socialise in but also making it functional for cooking. We were still imagining kitchen designs from 15 years ago, when we last renovated our prior house. However, Chaz helped us to see how technology and home usage have moved on in the past decade and how to avoid common pitfalls, such as storage and stove placement. We stumbled upon a few pre-existing problems with our house once the renovations had started. Chaz was able to not only find a work-around but also incorporate them as features within the build, to the point that guests do not realise that they weren’t part of the original concept! Overall, we are very happy with the kitchen redesign and would happily recommend Smart Property Interiors to all friends and families.

The service provided by Chaz and his team was second to none. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Chaz worked closely with us on the design to every final detail. He has excellent knowledge and unique eye for style, resulting in a beautiful bespoke kitchen, bathrooms and wardrobes which met our needs perfectly. Very meticulous and creative. Very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend for a bespoke service.
