Very poor communication and customer service, the delivery took twice as long as what was told (5 weeks turned in to 11 weeks). Decent pricing though.

Tom Gross was particularly helpful. He cleared up that age old conundrum of how to determine a left hand swing from a right. Then he politely corrected my mis-spelling of accordiOn. After all that, they did a great job.

Poor customer service and quality is so-so. I suggest buying elsewhere. Return policy is strict and there is a restocking fee.

“I was renovating an office space. The building was built in 1880 and had great door and baseboard trim and historical appearance. I searched dozens of sites for barndoor hardware to match the industrial feel of the renovation, but with a clean look. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The wheel brackets are big and bold and high quality. There are plenty of options for door guides and accessories. I definitely recommend. Quality matches the price.”

Poor customer service and door hardware does not come installed. If you order hardware including a flush mount handle you are required to cut the door for installation.

We needed to replace the folding doors in our laundry area. Specialty Doors helped us with the doors, but did even better by recommending an acoustical partition that was affordable and changed everything for us. We couldn't be more pleased.

Knowledgable friendly staff that not only provided me with product I was looking for but introduced me to better options that I wasn't aware of. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

My husband and I were more than pleased at the quality of the products offered at Specialty Doors. "You really get what you pay for here!" But what impressed us most was the "quality" of the sales staff. You can expect to pleased with the whole experience. THANK YOU SPECIALTY!!

Very knowledgeable staff who took the time to talk with me about options for my small bathroom, even if I wasn't ready to buy a product quite yet. I know what when I do, I'll definitely be calling SD first. They just have such a wide selection of doors and my bathroom is so small I need the special attention they give if I want to be happier than if I just bought some cheap knockoff from somehwere or went to a big box store where they don't really KNOW their products in depth. We are adding a RV garage to our property. I found this company to be of great help in acquiring information and solutions to utilizing all the wall space in the new garage with rolling ladders and look forward to working with Specialty Doors once we near that point in the construction process.

much better design than my sliding closet doors that were original with my home.easily opened and closed,.which is why the originals were replaced.great value!
