Adriana was extremely professional from start to finish. My initial phone consult was great, she took the time to look at existing photos of one of the main rooms in the house and determined the best approach which happened to be a "speed staging" session to get the most accomplished making use of the sellers existing furnishings and accessories. The day of the stage, Adriana was on time and after a short introduction and consult with the Seller she went to work. After about 2 hours the home looked great and was perfectly staged and arranged ready for pictures. The Seller was impressed and happy. Thank your Stage and Amaze for a job well done!

I hired Adriana to stage a house that I was putting up for sale in Cape Coral. Everyone told me that it would take at least 60 days to sell this property due to the neighborhood. Adriana was very professional and had wonderful ideas on staging the home I had listed for sale. She suggested a couple of different options for each challenge, instead of only recommending one solution. She helped take the pressure off of me as their realtor. Now I can just remind my seller of what she suggested instead of having them feeling like I am pushing them to stage and decorate the home in order to sell it. Adriana did a fantastic job staging my home. I hired her based on a friend's advice - someone who knows who "the best of the best" resources in SW Florida. Unlike other reviewers noted, I did not do a walk through with her - I was out of town, and due to scheduling difficulties, she did her own walk through. She followed up the next day with suggestions for maximizing the positive aspects of my home, and her advice made me feel that I was in very good hands. I moved from my home two days ago, leaving the house completely empty. Yesterday was staging day, and at the end of the day I came back to see how she made her vision a reality. Every room looks fantastic! She is a total professional, and as the owner of the company she is committed to making every job her best job. I have already given her name to my realtor, and two other realtors that I know. Five stars is not nearly enough as a recommendation.

I bought a vacant townhome in a country club community and had heard of stage and amaze from someone who had used them and had been very satisfied. Adriana was extremely responsive when I first inquired, and very comprehensive and her description of what she would do when she would do it and what the cost would be. Her decorating sense was absolutely astounding and when she was done it was hard to believe the home was the same as what was there the day before. We would recommend Adriana and her company to anyone looking for either staging services or decorating for their own home.

We are trying to sell our house and hired Stage & Amaze to get the house 'show ready'. Adriana came to the house, did a complete walk-through and assessment of each room, and then shared her thoughts with us. She explained the reasoning behind her suggestions and, also, listened to our input. Adriana is a knowledgeable professional in her field, as well as an easy person to work with. Our consultation lasted for over two hours during which time, she made sure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. At the end of our consultation, Adriana urged me to call or text her with anything else that we may need; I was very impressed with that offer. I was reluctant to do so, but indeed, I have contacted Stage & Amaze for further assistance and Adriana has kindly returned my calls and texts each time. Stage & Amaze has exceeded our expectations in every way and I highly recommend Adriana and Stage & Amaze.

Adriana dia a fantastic job! One of the best features was we did a complete walk around of the house and she listed everything she thought needed to be done. I then had a chance to do most of it myself and that got the house ready even faster (and suit saved me a few $). The house looked (and photographed) amazing! I sold the house for more than I paid for it 7.5 years ago which is pretty darned amazing considering how real estate values tanked in my area. I'm sure the quick sale at a good price had a lot to do with the excellent staging process.
