Popped my measurements into the stairbox design tool, no previous experience of fitting stairs. A few days later a very friendly driver delivered a load of bits and pieces with some assembled sections. My retired chippy mate (74 years old) had agreed to give me a hand. He spent the whole three hours that it took to fully install the stairs saying how he couldn't believe I had got such a good quality product at such a low price and how easily it all went together. Thank you stairbox. Fitting your stairs is not only easy but bloody good fun. This message is being typed sat on my new stairs with a very big grin on my face.

Really happy with our lovely oak stairs from Stairbox. Not only is the result really beautiful but right from the first call Ian Wright was just So knowledgeable and helped us with the design on a number of occasions until we were happy with design and we were able to pick and chose all aspects of our staircase. He helped also once we’d received stairs with advise during installation. Couldn’t be happier!

Excellent service. Product as specified. Notifications adequate and deliveries exactly as notified. Pricing best of 3 competitors. Replacement of a single flight stair. Material, high quality Engineered Oak, half riser steps and glazed balustrade/landing return. Even the carpenters were impressed!

I measured up for a replacement staircase which they delivered exactly as promised, both day and time. Unfortunately I had got one dimension of the structure wrong so had to order another staircase. Andy O'Toole dealt with my phone call to both cancel the balance of the first order and agree the details of the second order. The quoted delivery at the time was for mid-January, them being closed for Christmas as is the whole of the construction industry. Andy picked up on my disappointment and added that the only hope of getting it before Christmas was a cancellation by someone of an existing order. I thought, "little hope of that as I am a one-off private individual who may never order a staircase again". Imagine my surprise when, just the following day, a delivery date of 21st December was offered to me, barely two weeks from my phone call. I accepted the offer and thanked Andy by email for his and his company's superb service. This was exceptional service and should be rewarded. Thank you so much Andy and StairBox.

First time using Stairbox and I could not rate them higher. I dealt with Oliver who was professional and realistic in his estimation and specifications. The cladding kits and other rails/spindles arrived as identified with a very helpful delivery driver. The materials were to a very high quality and fitted well to the existing staircase. We are totally delighted with the end result. A quality product at a fair price. I would have no hesitation in recomending Stairbox.

I was very impressed on the whole experience, and the product, from StairBox. We attended the showroom and chose an oak staircase with glass balustrade. The showroom experience was courteous, informative and not an overbearing hard sales line showrooms quite often have. We were sent a good online illustration of what we had discussed and given plenty of time, without high pressure sales calls, to make our minds up. The quality of the product met and indeed exceeded our expectations and although I didn't need any assistance installing (Good online videos available from StairBox) I always felt whatever help I needed they would be there to help.
