Great product but Horrible customer service. No return calls, no follow-up. I have had to constantly call, text and email Mason to send me warranty information/documents. He still hasn’t sent it, despite my and my husbands regular requests. I would not use him again and would not recommend his business. He definitely tarnished his parent’s good name.

I have used Statements several times now for home renovations. Statements has always been extremely helpful in finding the windows and doors that work in my home within the budget provided. The crew responsible for installation is friendly and knowledgeable but most importantly they're respectful of the environment they're working in. I would certainly recommend Statements for anyone building or renovating a home.

Statements recently replaced all of the windows and front door in our older Toronto home. We could not be more pleased with the beautiful quality of the windows, as well as the A++ service from Statements. A design consultant came to the house to help us with the overall look/ concept and she was excellent. The impact it has made is amazing. The look of our entire house has changed. The price point was mid-range and definitely competitive with all other window companies that we looked in to. Overall, we were so pleased with the experience from start to finish and highly recommend Statements. Thanks so much for your work Statements!

My husband and I recently replaced every window in our new home. Working with Lauren Currie of Statements Windows and Doors, we were able to do so affordably and with little hassle. Our experience with Statements began with a consultation in our home where different window options and price points were discussed. From there, we were quoted for our selections, and our order was promptly placed and installed within 3 weeks. Very happy with their quality of work and would definitely recommend Statements to family and friends!
