I take back anything I said. The project did get finished and the fireplace is working although it took a long time. It should have been done right the first time.

Honestly the guy is horrible. He is the contractor that gives other contractors a bad name. he was hired for a simple theater Control 4 project. After 2 years of trying t get it working I have zero results Timing. He will not show up for scheduled appointments. I cant even begin to tell you how many times in 2 years he was going to be there on X day and No call no showed. Its infuriating He never did deliver on his contracted agreements. He installed lessor products than what he charged for and after 24 onsite days of programming, the OFF button didn't even work. Literally months have went by and you dont even get a call. Avoid at all costs

We don’t know what type of work Rod does because he never fulfilled his obligation. He owes us several thousands of dollars and we had to send him to collections. Our collection agency has been unsuccessful at collecting the debt. He has now wrote the agency 3 bad checks and continues to dodge us. It has now been 5 1/2 months since we first wrote him the checks. Rod comes off at first as a good guy sharp in business. We now understand that his experience has come at the cost of other client and contractors expenses. If you look into his past records you will find he owes several people money and we are just one of many who are trying to collect.

Super impressed. I had a small project I needed help with at my business, but they treated me like a big client. Very thankful for their level of customer service. Before I found Schnell I tried booking other plumbers/electricians but was disappointed with their price or their willingness to commit to a time frame that worked for me. Schnell not only completed the work professionally and efficiently, they even showed up a few minutes early!!! While they were here they were very thoughtful to not get in the way while we kept the business running as usual. That was awesome too! And I have to say I got the vibe this was a high-end company by their level of customer service and options they were offering me (especially in comparison to the other people I have been dealing with), but it turned out that they were actually very price competitive. The total bill came in less than what I expected. Great job! Thanks for your help. I found my new plumber and electrician.

Our experience with Rod and his staff has been outstanding. They worked very hard to propose the right solutions at the right price, and succeeded. The installation service and follow through was also top notch - he focused on finishing the work on schedule, and adjusting/fine tuning until we were completely satisfied. No hesitations in giving Schnell Entertainment and Electronics my highest recommendation.
