I have begun using Supply.com a few years back. The service and pricing have been great. When I call I don’t have to go through automation he’ll. I get to speak to a customer service Rep who understands me and has product knowledge. I have found them to have the best pricing. They have been sold to Build.com Ferguson so I hope to continue to experience what I’ve come to rely on with Supply.com.

Ordered my tub in 3 minutes using my phone. Great pricing and free shipping. I am familiar with the product and would recommend it as a soaking tub.

I didn't get to speak to Kaylee directly, but she called and left a message. She seemed eager to help with my order in any way. Very polite. So I placed my order online because I work after hours and her reaching out was the kicker for me. Many companies are sorely lacking in customer service today. But not Supply.com! I Will definitely be doing more business with these guys. Oh, did I mention their prices are the best I've seen. I tried for 3 hours to find a company that was even close and I couldn't! I will be back.

Our new Toto toilet stopped flushing properly in December. After repeated calls to the builder who installed it, who said he was waiting to hear back from his supplier, I decided to fix it myself. Three months, plus being shut indoors due to COVID-19, was enough. I did a Google search to learn what was wrong, what part I needed and where to find it. The service at Supply.com was outstanding. I ordered on the website and received the part the next day. This repair, that I had waited so many months for, took under 5 minutes! In the future, I'll be ordering from them, rather than waiting for a pro to come and do the job. By the way, I will not be buying another Toto toilet, ever again. (We've installed them in our last 3 houses with no problems.) This was the second toilet that was installed. The first lacked the final coat on the porcelain. That was awful!

Buyer beware. Returning items to this company could be a difficult process. I made a mistake on a toilet order and had it returned to the sender via UPS and re-ordered the correct one from their website which was delivered promptly. However, more than 3 weeks since UPS has delivered the wrong toilet back to them and still no refund. Even a supervisor won’t return your call promptly.
