Thank you so much, Mr. Senkow. It is always a pleasure dealing with a customer who knows what he wants.

We are very upset that Mr. Ponsford feels so much anger towards us. There was an adjustment done to the door immediately before he made final payment back in October of 2017, at which point he called it good. Nine months later he made it known to our salesman that he was no longer happy with the installation. He then wanted to know what we would do about it before he awarded us the upcoming project. Rightly or wrongly our salesman attempted to mitigate the situation as he felt that he could take care of it. Once it was brought to my attention I called Mr. Ponsford and advised him that I was more than willing to come and inspect the door and replace it if his assessment was correct, He advised me that he had contracted with another contractor to do the upcoming shower enclosure and the necessary repair. I then told him that I would still be willing to replace the door, upon inspection, at no additional cost to him, should he prove correct. Unfortunately, I now believe that Mr. Ponsford's anger towards us makes it impossible for us to satisfy him at any point in the future.
