We hired The Floor Store to completely overhaul our kitchen (new cabinets, ceiling, and lights) and to install Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring throughout 75% of our house. They worked in our house from Sep 2017 to Feb 2018 on various stages of work. We lived in a small apartment in the back of our house during this time. The work would have been done much quicker, but we made some practical changes during the process. They were very understanding and patient with us during these changes, and did their best to meet our needs. They met most of the deadlines considering our changes. The kitchen and floors are nicer than we had imagined. Virtually all of the sub-contractors were very professional, and willing to explain what they were doing. The store owner even came out one time to personally fix a problem. We were very pleased with his desire and ability to make things right. The most enjoyable aspect of this "adventure" was working with our sales representative (Ronda Watson) who was in charge of the entire project from the time she helped us decide what to do in the first place all the way through the project completion. Any time we had a question or issue we could contact her, and she would promptly check into it and make it right. She was extremely patient with us, and we always felt confident that she was on our side. She did a great job in keeping the project within budget. Yes, we highly recommend the Floor Store.

I had a design in mind when we went to the Floor Store for a quote on my bathroom redo. They were respectful of my choices and pointed out things to consider in my choices of materials, i.e. like rust in a wet environment. When my cabinet lead time was extended three months, Julius was very helpful in getting the project back on time with everything that was needed to complete the project. When the work begun, the men who worked on my bathroom were very knowledgeable and the craftsmanship was quality. Julius kept in constant contact with us and was very aware of how much time we were inconvenienced. I liked how the craftsmen asked my approval when finished with their portion of the project. I got the impression that they would have changed it if I was not happy. I would go back to the Floor Store for my future projects.

I recently was doing some remodeling at my house and wanting to replace some carpet in my living room with hardwood floors. I was having a hard time choosing and hardwood floor pattern and a color paint for my walls. I had used the Floor Store in the past for my carpet needs in the bedrooms and decided to use them again. That’s when I discovered they had an interior decorator at the store that could assist me (Ronda Watson). She quickly helped me pick out a nice hardwood floor and a paint color. It looked so nice I even decided to do my Dining room and Foyer. After talking it over with her I even replaced the lights in all the rooms as well as some window treatments. I couldn’t be happier! With Ronda’s help I’ve since decided to redo my bathroom and will be tackling the kitchen next. Ronda has been a Godsend for me. I highly recommend her!!! R.T.

I would Highly recommend the Floor Store for renovations! My experience was great in working with them and especially Ronda as she helped me in making decisions in updating my kitchen! Everything was scheduled and executed on time! The contractors she hired were very knowledgeable and did a great job! We are so happy with our "new kitchen"!!!
