I was associated in selling this property once the kitchen renovation was complete. I over saw the start to finish,and the time management and finishing were exceptional. Dan has a natura,l easy going personality that is honest, loyal and he is on task at all times,and has all trades working harmoniously in sync. The outcome was incredible and the property sold for well above RV, a true reflection of the hard work with skill and careful planning and vision.

Kommenterade: What was/has been your most stressful part of renovating?Cutting a level entry shower base in to a concrete floor then getting the waste out.....that was fun! Good job I love the end results!
