Lori in one word is AMAZING. She showed us every property that we wanted to see. She even provided us with snacks and water while showing properties during those evening times when we got hungry. Lori is a very thoughtful and sweet agent. She communicated with our lender and remained in touch as much as possible. We made a couple offers and finally got the one that we wanted the most. We love our home now and Lori was a huge help getting us here.

Victoria represented us very professionally.She had our backs the whole way,assisted with situations when we were not physically available, and very responsive. I couldnt of imagined working with anyone else but Victoria and I recommend her if you need to sale your home.

We attended to one of the Rains Team open houses because we really loved the neighborhood. The agent on site, Tyler, was there with lots of information not only about the home but just real estate in general. My wife & I discussed in the car that we loved Tyler's representation & later called him to see if he'd could be our agent to help us with purchasing this home. The seller took our asking offer & we were under contract in the same week. We loved working with Tyler & his team was helpful with documents, materials & everything we needed to close. Absolutely recommend this team & Tyler if you are looking to buy!

I sold my home in 10 days with Victoria. I loved everything she had to offer to help list it and the pictures on the website looked great and very professional. She responded in a timely manner and the negotiation I felt was fair. Great great real estate team!!

My wife and I bought a home and sold our previous home with THe Rains Team. Ansley helped us with our purchase & Victoria helped with selling our home. I'm really glad we met with Victoria because we had thought about selling on our own. We had so much going on that we really needed help and wanted someone who knew what they were doing. It was the smartest thing we ever did. Victoria was very detailed and communicated all the way through. Ansley stayed on top of everything and communicated with Victoria, which was great since they worked in the same office. Overall, great experience and great real estate team to work with.

Corey is the BEST!! I saw this beautiful home online and I needed more info right away. I called the rains team since they had this home for sale and was able to speak with Corey. She was able to provide me with everything of what I needed to know and she was able to get me in to see the home that day. We put in an offer and the end! We were under contract in a couple days. It was so crazy how fast things went. Corey did really well with the process for me and explained every step of the way until closing. These guys are amazing! Highly recommended.

Ansley was great helping me buy my house. She showed me alot of homes and she did a very good job. I was happy with my decision and recommend her. The book and cookies were really nice too.

A friend of ours recommended to have THE RAINS TEAM help us with purchasing our home. We we were living with my husband's parents until we we were ready to buy a home. Our preapproval process was accepted and we immediately got started. Tyler Wade was our agent on their team and he was an exceptionally great realtor. He was very knowledgeable not just in real estate but the area we were wanting to be in. We were under contract with our home within a month. Easy transaction and closing. Thank you Tyler for everything you did for us!

We worked with The Rains Team on both sides of the sale. Sold our home with Victoria and bought our next home with Lori. I wanted to switch school districts because we were not happy with my son's school. Lori showed us quite a few homes we were interested in and finally had a seller accept our offer. Our home was sold in a week!!!! We loved working with Victoria and Lori. Such wonderful people. Hire this team if you need to sale or buy a home. great experience!

Victoria knocked this out of the park for us. From the time we had our appointment with her, we had professional pictures taken, then went live on the market....our home was under contract in 3 days! We received multiple offers and sold our home over asking price!! I can't believe how quickly things went. Our family was sad to go but ready for our next adventure to TX. The Rains Team were so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, organized...everything you are looking for in an agent. Thanks ya'll!

After I got approved for a loan I was ready to start house hunting. I found a home I really wanted to go see and Lori from the team called me. We had been communicating with each other about properties literally for about a year until I found the one. I did hit a few bumps along the way (which was expected and not Lori's fault at all may I add) but I finally closed on my forever home.Lori was really patient with me and always stayed in contact with me. Super sweet agent and would absolutly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home.
